Clean and serene location. I was greeted immediately upon entering the building. The front desk was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable prior to my appointment. Reyna was my massage therapist and she worked on the areas that I requested. I left feeling much better. The massage room was clean and the table was warm. She continued to make sure that he was comfortable and that the areas were addressed. I will be coming back for sure!

I can’t recommend Elements Massage in Katy, Texas (Cinco Ranch location) highly enough! Every time I visit, I’m greeted with such warmth and kindness at the reception area. The team is always very nice and welcoming, which sets a relaxing tone from the moment you walk in. During my most recent visit, Mary worked on my massage, and she was absolutely fantastic. She listened attentively to my preferences and really focused on the areas I needed the most relief. Her technique was both soothing and effective, leaving me feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I’ve been a client for a while now, and I can confidently say I’m always very happy with my massages from Elements. The therapists consistently provide top-notch care, and the overall experience is one of professionalism and relaxation. I had a fantastic experience with my massage therapist! Morena was incredibly friendly, making me feel comfortable and welcomed right away. The environment was calming and well-maintained, perfect for relaxation. Morena was excellent, and she really focused on addressing my needs. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional and soothing massage experience!

I’m really glad I found Elements massage! They really care about the quality of the massage itself, and I appreciate that they take the massage seriously. I’ve been other places that seemed to take everything else but the massage seriously, as silly as that sounds! I love the cupping and Himalayan salt stones add-ons at Elements. It is quiet and very clean. I’ve truly experienced a lot of relief and healing from the massages I’ve gotten here, therapist Tiffany has really helped me a lot!

The Elements Katy location is super convenient, has lots of availability and great hours (evenings and Sundays, too!) and lots of skilled therapists to choose from. The membership is reasonable and flexible. Makes prioritizing self care easy!

The space and environment is relaxing and clean. Mary is a wonderful message therapist. Very caring in her technique when doing my prenatal message. I felt relaxed and mentally refreshed. Seriously considering a membership and I've never felt the need to have one prior.
