Izzy will fix a mail carrier's back and shoulders. This is close to impossible. And Izzy can do it. I had a 2 hour massage with cupping and it was so amazing that I'll be back every month.

One of my best friends and I went for my birthday & booked a 60 minute session with Isaiah & Izzy. They were both so kind and professional! Megan at the front desk is so helpful and nice, too! I will definitely be going back and recommending to others.

I treated myself to a 90 minute birthday massage and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The space was clean and peaceful, my massage therapist was very skilled and listened to my specific needs. I will definitely be returning and am considering becoming a member.

Mariah takes time to work on your specific issues trying various methods to get you the relief you need. She continues to learn new techniques and styles to improve your massage. She even gives a follow cards with stretches and yoga poses to give you relief and help keep you moving without pains. Thank you.

I have a few issues with my back and also during several of my appointments was recovering from a torn PCL. The staff was always amazing and was great at both addressing my problem areas like my back (which holds a lot of tension) while also avoiding and accommodating my knee (PCL tear). Definitely love every experience I have had here.

I have been utilizing this studio to help with my recovery from my ❤️ for endurance sports and it IS AMAZING! Best massage therapists in the Knoxville area and each one offers a specialty to my needs (at that moment). LOVE, LOVE them….and their staff 😊.
