The front desk staff is super friendly. They always make you feel welcome and converse with you. Lonie is the best. She has always exhibited a high level of care and skill. Moreover, Lonie always expresses her concern for my comfort during our sessions, and overall for my well-being. She has done an amazing job employing different techniques and tailoring the treatment to my needs, often focusing on the muscles that need more attention. Lonie always goes the extra mile to ensure my sessions are as relaxing and beneficial as possible. I have been a member for over a year and she is a big reason why. Thanks to her treatment, I have been able to recover more quickly from my intense exercise routines, which has helped me maintain my fitnesss level. I recently tried cupping therapy per her recommendation, and it went very well! Super pleased with everything!

Do not start a membership here. I signed cancelation paperwork in September of 2024 and have been calling them since August 2024 to get my membership canceled. It is now Janurary of 2025. They will continue to charge you every month and the manager, who is the only one who has authority to cancel, is no where to be found. Very frustrating and they do not abide by their cancelation advertising and policy. The actual massage staff is amazing and this review is not a reflection of them.

I always go here for a massage and since getting Amanda, I never wanted anyone - except Amberly. Both of them are amazing!!! They also are very informative and tell you what could help you lessen the pain from whichever part of your body. I highly recommend either of them. You will have the best massage and it’s definitely worth it! The front desk people are nice too. 🤍

I had an amazing experience at Elements Massage! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly, and the massage therapist took the time to understand my needs and concerns. The massage itself was fantastic – it was relaxing and rejuvenating. I left feeling completely refreshed and stress-free. The environment was peaceful and clean, and I could tell the team truly cares about their clients. The membership is completely worth it. I love coming here to relax, it is my favorite time of the month. I see Xavier & Brand, and if you have not had them then I highly recommend!! I have had a membership for a little over a year if not longer, and I’m glad I decided to get one. I now get discounts on add-ons as well as massages for being a member! I mean I come every month, so why not?! My body thanks me!!

This place is a scam. The massage therapists are great, there is nothing negative I can about that. But otherwise, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Cancellation is virtually impossible. They ignore correspondence to cancel and tell you that speaking to a manager is going to happen and it doesn’t. They remove sessions from your account or lose track of them so whatever money you are paying for your wellness membership is lost (I literally had one employee tell me I had 5+ sessions on my account there valued at that price, which is what I had figured as well, and the next tell me I only had 2). The manager is always out or sick, and the employees at the desk literally won’t do anything to help you. Seriously, stay away from this place unless you want to waste several hundred and then be told that’s your problem. Unbelievable.

Don't sign up they make you jump through so many hoops to cancel we've been trying to cancel for 6 months. Dear owner, Please do not try to pass me off to another store. The membership was under my husband's name. He tried to cancel with all the correct paperwork 6 months ago if not longer and was perked around saying the manager this and the manager that by the staff. Even after paperwork was completed we had 2 drafts come out. It was finally resolved yesterday.

Patricia is amazing! I have received 2, 1-hr massages from her, and both have been fantastic. She has a lovely presence; she is incredibly warm, open, and caring. I have tried many massage therapists in San Antonio, and she is absolutely the top of the list. She is relatively new to town (after practicing in Houston for a long time). Highly recommend snagging an appointment with her before her schedule gets booked up with regulars!

I seriously had the most amazing massage with Amanda here at this location! I was very worried and a bit of a skeptic due to bad past experiences at other massage salons. But I felt cared for from beginning to end at my appointment. I personally told Amanda that this was the most informative massage I've ever gotten. From what the massage includes, to after-care, and when to come back, the detail was exquisite. I actually signed up for the month-to-month membership! I will be back in a few weeks, and I will definitely recommend her and this salon to friends and family!

Had really high hopes for Elements Massage, but unfortunately was a complete disappointment. My entire massage intensity was about a 2/10, if you’re looking for thorough massage this is not the place. I had Madelyn as my massage therapist, and probably took about 6-7 water breaks during my 45 min massage (yes i paid for one hour). The office has you fill out a questionnaire for you to initial and acknowledge what you want massaged. Madelyn did not abide by that form, and when i told her i didn’t want certain areas massaged she responded with “ okay, we’re all done anyway” and when i asked about me booking a hour massage, she said even i book one hour, the massage is only 40-45min long. I had booked a 2:15-3:15 slot, and i was changed at the front desk by 3:05. The front desk said they would let their manager know, and i would hear something by the next day and never did. From me to you: don’t waste your time!

Had my first ever facial with Monica and she was fantastic! I was a little hesitant to get a facial as I dont have a great routine with my skin care but Monica was very informative and sweet and gave me some awesome advice. 24 hours later and my skin still feels amazing will defiently have to work this into my self care routine.

Amanda is amazing! I started coming to this location because I was having paid in my left arm. My first few sessions were with Amanda and she really listened to my needs. I also saw Amberly and my session with her was very relaxing. The pain in my arm went away after about 2 months. During that time, I committed to monthly massages and following helpful lifestyle suggestions by Amanda. Even though the pain is gone, I keep coming back for massages because I know long term massages are part of my self-care routine and a wellness lifestyle.

Brianna is the best massage therapist ever; I have been seeing her for approximately the last year or so, and am so sad I won’t be able to see her anymore due to my husband and I moving for the military. I hope anyone that reads this books with her because she is the sweetest, most caring human, and always goes above and beyond to make sure that everything during your session goes perfect and is exactly what you want. She is always extremely personable and cares about getting to know you on a deeper level, which I really appreciated during my time with her. I can’t recommend her enough!! I would even drive an extra hour just to see Brianna specifically if I had lived further because she’s that AMAZING!! ❤️❤️❤️ also want to note, when I first started seeing her, she started me with sports type massages because I was doing CrossFit workouts regularly and she helped with my sore, very tight muscles. When I stopped doing cross fit and did my own weight lifting, I mostly just needed maintenance with sore muscles, as well as help with my back as I have scoliosis. Truly, Brianna can do it all, no matter the type of massage you are looking for. Go see her!!!! :)
