I had a service on Thurs. Jan 2/2025 I always see RMT Laura, she is profesional and amazing at finding all your tageted areas. I really like their new receptionist, she is very welcoming, mindful to greet customers, talk on the phone all in a quietly manner when customers are receiving their treatments are in progress. The other receptionist is very loud. You can hear her in through ther double doors and into the treatment rooms. It's not a relaxing experience. The atmosphere and staff are welcoming and professional.

It’s little bit overpriced! And massage duration is 50mins, not 60 as it is stated on the website. They let you know that when you are already in the room.

Elements service is very professional and the therapist I use is very experienced, so I keep going back. Good value for money if your company benefit plan covers for the session.

Elements Massage is always my first choice for a professional massage therapy. I received the treatment from many therapists, such as Kristine and Amanda. I highly recommend them to anyone.

My therapist has great technique; however, despite arriving on time, my sessions was started late and ended early. I only received 50 mins service though I was charged for a 60 mins session

This was my first time at Elements, I just moved to BC. I asked Francine for a deep tissue massage and she was amazing. The best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had, I highly recommend her and will be back as much as possible!!

It was the worst experience so far.they gave less than 40 minutes massage and charged for 60 minutes. Therapist doesn’t even know how to give a proper massage

Not coming back here. No issues with the RMT Aima but just the place in general. I am a regular for massages but my current clinics in Langley and Surrey do not have the specific massage I required, so had to search for a new one and landed up here.

I went for a massage for few times at this place but when I went for a massage last time it went horribly wrong. RMT told me I have a stiff back and he started applying a lot of pressure to lose the nodes. After the massage it’s been 1.5 months I am struggling with lower back pain. First few weeks the pain was severe that I cannot move properly.
