I've changed my review as I'm a bit frustrated. I've been coming to this location for a long time. Normally have a great experience. Love my therapist and the front staff. Had a horrible experience recently. Emailed the owner about what had happened and my concerns. I've had absolutely no response to the email or a call, apparently she doesn't care and looks like I might need to assess my membership moving forward.

I have a membership at this massage facility. I've been going here for my monthly massages for over 3 years now. I enjoy this location, the staff, and the therapists who provide me massages each time. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Easy to book my appts each month, before. I leave. 👌

Everyone is so welcoming and kind. From the minute you walk in, they drop everything and take care of you. The massages are always excellent. The therapists ask questions and always check-in throughout the massage regarding pressure and such. I absolutely love this place.

Mike has been very attentive to my needs and without his expertise I would not be able to do the work I do every day. Over the last couple of years Mike has become very aware of different areas that cause me trouble and is good at changing his focus as needed. I cannot describe the benefits of cupping that alleviates my breathing problems associated with allergies. The atmosphere is always calm and inviting and I enjoy the familiarity of being a regular and the conversations I have with the lovely manager and the front office staff.

I got a massage today, my massage therapist was Laquesha! She specializes in deep tissue massages. The massage was so relaxing and helped relieve alot of stress in my back and shoulders. She also gave me tips on stretching!

Update: I was contacted promptly by the owner and she rectified any issues about using my gift card. I very much appreciate a business that has leadership like that. I had a nice experience going back. The massage was one of my best and I'm definitely considering going back for regular maintenance now. Thank you.

I always ask for Zach because he remembers his clients, their job and their extracurricular activities so that he can tailor his massages to the problem areas and offer at home suggestions for stretching. Being a workout enthusiast, I appreciate this.

The front desk at this location is highly disorganized. They frequently provide incorrect information and fail to book appointments as requested. I was told I would receive a complimentary massage due to an error on their part—booking a 60-minute massage when I specifically asked for a 90-minute session. I called on the day of my complimentary massage to confirm, and the same staff member who had originally made the mistake assured me it would be free of charge. However, after tipping my therapist, I discovered that my card had been charged without my permission. The front desk never informed me or asked for my consent before processing the payment. This lack of communication and unauthorized charging is concerning, especially considering I’ve been a loyal client who always tips generously. It's frustrating to be treated as if I am the problem when the front desk clearly failed to do their job properly. I strongly recommend improving the front desk staff’s organization and communication to avoid further issues.

Thank you Michelle for an amazing prenatal massage! didn’t know I had so many sore spots and “crunchies”. Felt so relieved and light after the massage that I just went to the park and enjoyed the beautiful view. Would definitely recommend!

Elements Rhodes Ranch always goes out of their way to ensure that I have a good experience. I've been a customer for at least 4 years and had many therapists as my treatment goals have changed or the therapist moved on. All of them have been very good at providing the massage I've required. My current therapist Mike has been the best to date. He takes his specialty seriously and works to ensure that he addresses my aches and stresses with diverse treatments for a goal of alleviating the issue. He is very knowledgeable and seeks additional knowledge to keep current with his skills to provide the best treatment for all of his clients. Each session we progress from the previous one and for the first time I feel improvement in my muscle movement and flexibility. I'm exceptionally happy with Elements' front office personnel, managers, and therapists. They all provide a professional, warm, and relaxing experience, addressing any issues without hesitation. I highly recommend scheduling a treatment. Whatever your goal, they will have a specialist to treat you.

Lily at the front desk is one of the best customer service reps I’ve met in years. She always makes sure I’m taken care of before and after my visit. Laquesha has been my theropist for years, she always knows exactly how to reduce my pain.

I absolutely love Paulete my massage therapist. She does a fantastic job every time and always checks in with me to see if any specific areas are bothering me more than usual. I have had several brain surgeries and have medical devices and she always makes me feel comfortable when working around the devices. They are also service dog friendly! I love all the staff at Elements and I'm always super excited to see everyone. They've taken such good care of me, I will never go anywhere else.

My massage therapist Mike was effective, thorough, friendly and very knowledgeable! I’d highly recommend him for chronic aches and pains. He does bodywork, medical massage, assisted stretching alongside therapeutic massage! Great experience :-)
