It is a very friendly place and my massage therapist ( Steve) was really great. I felt like a new person after my session. I will definitely be going back to this establishment.

There I came for a full body massage 60 minutes. I got chlorine as my masseuse, and she was doing her massage with no efforts. She was obviously unhappy person, and I would never want to have massage from her again. I didn’t feel that she making efforts to to do her job her job well for79 you can buy membership but regular massage cost $119 which is not worth it at all

I went twice and one time I booked an appointment I was in a car accident on the way there and I told them that they charged me because I didn’t call 24 hours in Advance. when I went to book again they kept canceling me because the person who was doing it called in sick, so they gave me someone else. When I was going to go they called and canceled again on me because the person who was supposed to do my session didn’t come in. So they offered me a free 60 minute free massage. When I get 90 minutes. Then my credit card was stolen from me and now they are charging me late fees on top of other things. I was going to renew my membership and now I’m not Nope. I have friends and co workers that go there that said because they treated me this way they are afraid of that happening to them also and they get charged amounts to and are no longer going now either. I will no longer go there and another thing every time I went there which again was twice when I had a membership. They were always training someone up front, if that tells you anything. Now I’m going to a retreat where they treat you better and worth my money and cheaper. And don’t charge you because I forgot to ask the lord in advance if I was going to get in an accident that day so I could call 24 hours in advance so I wouldn’t be charged. Hope you all have a better experience than I did.

One of the worst massages I’ve had in a while. My masseuse was a shorter, pink or red haired woman, bob cut and she pretty much massaged me with her fingers. I read in her bio that she has been massaging since 2018 and it shows. It was just really underwhelming and she wasn’t very inviting either. She didn’t greet me, she had a frown on her face on our initial interaction. The massage was lackluster and I left feeling like I might need to go to massage parlor that’s NOT a chain business. Wouldn’t recommend

Returned back in a year and within 4 weeks my appointments were mishandled twice! Unbelievable. It appears to be a theme. There is another spa right across the street. Booked an appointment almost a week in advanced with a female therapist, I show up and therapist was changed without letting me know. I walked away. Will definitely not return.

Great customer service at the front desk. I was able to easily book over the phone. Annalee was fantastic and I loved how she incorporated cupping into the massage.

My first-time massage with Robbin was amazing. She makes me feel comfortable and so relaxed after my postpartum. I didn't want to leave and definitely would come back. Front desk girls were friendly and nice as well. 🙂

Elements is an amazing place!! As soon as you walk through the doors the muted lighting, soft calming music, and the attentive reception immediately shuts out the frantic day to day Rush here, rush there, Go Go Go stressful world. And all of this before the massage! Every massage i have had, has released the tension, knotted muscles, and pent up stresses of work, family, and daily life!

Excellent massages! We were in town for a couple of days, and wanted a good massage. I never waste my time with hotel spas. This was worth the 20 min drive from the strip. Excellent therapists!

Best massage I’ve ever had - even for only an hour! Front desk staff Meghan and Angela were so nice and welcoming. They answered all questions and gave me amazing recommendations for enhancements for future massages. They explained the membership with ease and were so passionate about massage and healing our bodies. My therapist was Martha; she listened to every concern and paid extra attention to areas I mentioned while working the whole body. I used the Himalayan salt stone enhancement and could not recommend enough. I’ve been to spas in resorts and cruises and nothing compared to the treatment I received and for an amazing price. Needless to say, I was sold on becoming a member and can’t wait for my next visit!

Cuinn is PHENOMENAL! I’ve gotten full body massages in the past (not many just 2 other times) and I feel like a new person! They checked on me during the session to make sure I was okay with the amount of pressure and that I was doing okay! Amazing front desk staff as well just overall the best massage experience I ever had I cannot wait to come back!

Joleen is professional and has genuine care for her clients. She has a keen intuition and can identify and address your problem areas always with the correct amount of pressure to provide relief and relaxation. I find her massages to be deeply restorative. I will only see Joleen from now on.

The Summerlin facility is very nice. The interior is always clean and the front desk is always pleasant. I followed my therapist Daniel from the Henderson branch to Summerlin.
