Highly recommend Luis if you need a deep tissue. I told him I don't use massages to relax, I use them to fix my aches so if I'm wincing it's fine. The pressure he used was perfect for that and I know in a couple days I'll feel new again. So if you prefer for someone to really get in and apply lots of pressure, he's the one

Booked two appointments for massages over the phone asked if the accepted Care Credit as a form of payment they said yes so I booked with them. Next day I come for my massage again first thing I ask was about care credit now they don't accept it. Was very disappointed and they made me feel as if I was the person who made the mistake.

Ricky is an angel on this planet!!!!!! He's the reason day 1 I got the membership. It's mandatory for me to get 2 massages monthly. 1 1hr and 1 2hr. Last year I took advantage of the buy 2 get 1 1hr massage so I'm all set for 2024. Please don't stop that yearly deal. Hot towels on my feet and neck are heavenly. 100/100 every single time!

I’ve been coming to Elements for several years now and have always been happy with my experiences and cut/colors. On my most recent visit however it did not go well. My usual stylist had to call out at the last minute and the salon didn’t have time to notify me prior to my arrival. The salon asked if I was okay to see someone else, and I agreed to do so, big mistake! I paid my usual $185 for trim and highlight as well as a 20% tip. You can’t notice the highlights at all, there is no difference, the highlights don’t stand out at all, you can’t see them. On top of that I received a horrible cut! More inches were taken off than I asked for and the bottom is all choppy and uneven! I’m very upset with how my hair looks and it feels like I just threw my money away! I will continue to come here but will never see an alternate stylist again.

Everything from the politeness of the front desk staff, to the cleanliness of the facility to the thoroughness of the massage therapist I saw (Abby), was above expectations. I’ve been to my fair share of massage clinics around town & this location very quickly shot to the top of my list. Do yourself a favor & try it out for yourself. And book with Abby if you need some serious work done, she’s got magic hands.

My daughter and I had a great experience here! 1 hour massage with Daniel and Luis. We recommend the facility and these masseuses. Facility is clean and staff is very nice and welcoming. Luis was great at deep tissue! Daniel has great hands and focused well on trouble areas. And it’s affordable. We will return!

Great. Very nice and welcoming staff and the store front. The rooms are quite nice as well. Clean and the decor is relaxing. The interactions and massage was top notch. Luis did a great job. Everything was awesome. I willbe returning

I had Sara and my GF had Alec. Both were very good. Front desk people very nice. It smelled wonderful upon entering the place. We really needed this and they came through with a most relaxing experience.

I love the service. Easy to schedule and a great experience w. My massages. I love the fact that I can book a couples massage, my hubby prefers a female artist and we only are available on Sundays. I love how they accommodate us.

I would gladly recommend Elements Massage as your "go to" for massage therapy! The site is clean and smells great! The staff is very friendly and work diligently to get me an appointment same day! The program is easy to sign up for and awesome that you can cancel at any time and your credits don't expire. Super glad I joined! Nikki

Dan is always fantastic and very thorough. He has a customer for life! I also love this business, compared to their competition in town as they always make room for you, and I have never been rescheduled as I have at other establishments and then been told that the next available appointment is month and a half away. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Staff is friendly and courteous. Waiting room is nice enough. Massage was great. Alec listened to my needs and afterward gave me water and explained some tight areas.

I’m so very happy to have finally made my appointment at Elements my body has been going through a lot lately having a tear in my knee and my lower back disc issues I was really afraid to have the massage done. But after speaking to Ricky the advanced therapist my nerves calmed down and I was able to experience the benefit of healing from the inside out. I’ve had a constant swelling of my knee since the tear and a serious limp. But after my session with Ricky the swelling had gone down considerably and my limp had disappeared. My whole body felt great and the best part was the after burn… there was none, nonexistent, nada bit and my muscles and joints were finally inline again. I’m definitely going back and may even look at getting a membership since my PT says it did me a world of good!!!! Thank you Ricky and everyone at Elements I’m really looking forward to returning soon.

Terrible customer service I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!. I called a couple of weeks before mothers day to tell them I was going to pay for my mother in laws massage for mothers day out of my account. She showed up and they charged her. Absolutely unacceptable. Of course when I called to talk to them nobody will answer the phone. MANAGEMENT IS GARBAGE!!!
