1. Availability - The times and dates are very convenient for people that work 8-5 on weekdays. You get to choose from 1 hr massage up to 2 hours. 2. Easy booking - you can make an appointment online (very easy process) or just call and they will be able to book you service that you want closest to your home. 3. Variety of services- Elements Massage in Middletown has multiple specialists that are trained to provide a wide variety of services to meet your needs. I picked “Deep Tissue” massage and let me tell you, it was amazing. Jeremy found all of the areas that needed to be worked on and I felt like weight was lifted off my shoulders. 4. Attention to detail- all staff is very well prepared, helpful and attentive. Person at the front desk was very welcoming, my masseuse (Jeremy) made sure I was comfortable and checked in with me periodically to make sure I was having a wonderful experience. 5. Pricing- I believe that I underplayed for the quality of service I was provided. You are truly getting “more for less” and I will be coming back. Thank you Elements Massage at Middletown.

The membership prices are wonderful and the atmosphere is pleasant and soothing. Most importantly, Derrick is the best massage therapist I have ever seen! He listens well and adapts to the client's needs. He does a great job of focusing on my problem areas, while still providing a relaxing full body massage. I like firmer pressure and he can release my knotted neck and shoulders without ever leaving me sore!

Very unprofessional. Booked an appointment with the receptionist, they called me back immediately to tell me the provider couldn’t do the massage, then said “oh wait, they actually can do relaxation”. Then called me 2 hours before my appointment and told me they had to cancel… with no explanation or compensation or anything!

I have had a membership here on and off for a few years. They have the best massage therapists I have ever encountered. The one I see now is absolutely amazing and knows how to dig out the knots in my back and I don't hurt the next day. You should do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a massage here.

I've had 3 spine surgeries and needing a 4th one soon due to Degenerative discs disease ! I thought I would try the cupping and message to help with the constant pain and I'm so glad that I did... Immediate relief so much so that I joined the monthly membership and plan to go all the time! Staff is very friendly and helpful as well... I highly recommend this place...

The massage therapist Craig is the best. He make sure I get my full massage, and he cares about how I feel. I visited other places and the experience isn't the same. Craig also has a positive energy every time.
