This place is pricey like all the Elements be but totally worth it! Their staff is phenomenal at the front desk and for booking. I can’t speak for all of their massage therapists because I’ve only ever gone to Megan W. as she is the BEST masseuse I’ve ever had! I’ve been getting massages regularly for over 15 years for my medical conditions and even though I can get them with insurance, I still go to her as she applies the perfect pressure and really knows what she is doing. She is also really responsive to feedback and tailoring the massage for what you need.

I started coming here for sports massages a couple months ago and have had only positive experiences! The therapists are experienced and will target areas of stress that you communicate to them. I always leave feeling relief and stretching or massaging techniques that I can apply at home.

I’ve been looking for a new place to get regular massage treatments from, and have been really happy with Elements so far! Everyone is extremely professional, and their North Seattle clinic is very clean and secure. For a place that provides high-quality treatments from Licensed Massage Therapists who offer a variety of modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, myofascial release, etc.), their prices are extremely reasonable. I’ve been seeing Kathy as my therapist for a few months, and have been extremely pleased with her treatments. She’s very knowledgeable, thorough, and thoughtful, asking me the right questions about my needs and concerns to help treat my body in the best way possible. The level of care that she and the rest of the team present cannot be understated. If you’re looking for a place to receive consistent, professional massage therapy from, I highly recommend Elements Massage!

OMG. This place is heaven. I feel reborn. Couldn't be happier with the service. They took the extra time to make sure I was feeling okay and focus on any extra places that I needed massaging.

Both of the times I have booked a 60min massage here I have arrived and been informed that I need to do (and pay for) a 90min session instead. I am tired of being upsold- don’t let me book a 60min session if you don’t offer them. The treatments here have been good, but I’m going to find massage treatments somewhere I won’t be upsold.

Scheduling here is a nightmare. I've been trying to get my wife a massage with their highest level "master" massage therapist since December, and they keep canceling. It's April now for what was supposed to be a special birthday present, booked 3 months in advance. They canceled that. Then they made her wait 2 months for a replacement appointment, which was just canceled earlier this week. They have done nothing to make up for it, or make me feel valued as a customer. I will be taking my business to a different elements location. The others have given me and my wife excellent service when these guys failed. Absolutely horrendous service.

Booked a 60 minute session over the phone and when I arrived they forced me to extend it to a 90 minute session or they would cancel and keep the money they already charged me. Do not come here unless you want to be charged for something you did not agree to.

Didn't clean our room the first night and did a poor job of it the second night. The front desk service was good. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Great staff, skilled therapists but they will hit hard with the billing. I thought I had canceled my membership but did not as it turned out. I continued getting charged 99 each month. That is a substantial amount of money to me. Good part is that i still get those massages. They never expire! So it's not a total loss but just be careful ha

I had a 90 mins session with Sierra to address my shoulder and neck pain. At first was worried she is listed with (strength) level 1-2, which I usually prefer higher. However, she did a great deep tissue massage and improved my shoulder issue greatly. The facility is well maintained and the staffs are friendly. I got my requests all addressed in a timely manner. I am definitely going back to this location.

I've had some of my first massages ever here, and all the staff have helped make the experience approachable and comfortable. The massage therapists make sure to let you know the process, any areas to focus on, and tend to be very attentive to helping you feel comfortable during the massage as they adjust you. I also never felt judged or unwelcome, which is good in a space like this where there's an inherent emotional vulnerability. Price can certainly be a barrier (though a membership is cheaper if you plan on repeat visits) but the service and experience is great and I have no complaints.

Noah is amazing. As always, take your time to find the LMT that works for you. Noah understands exactly what I need and fixes me up, as well as proactively recommends stretches and exercises. I can tell he takes great pride in his work and it definitely makes a difference.

Once COVID restrictions allowed for massage again, I signed up for regular massages and I've been going ever since. From the kind & helpful receptionists, to the variety of providers, the service here has been exemplary. Cleaning, sanitation, and safety are a priority. You can schedule with the same provider or use different providers depending on your needs and schedule. Extremely reasonable rates, particularly if you become a wellness member, which is a month-to-month pre-paid program that gets you a discounted price with every massage you book.
