The lobby exudes sn ambience of calm. Staff courteous, friendly. The therapists are good, snd keep checking in with you about comfort level( heat/ pressure/ products). I have gone for both massages and facials. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a loyal customer with elements massage for over 2 years and I’ve only had one last minute cancellation with under 24 hour notice. I’ve always tipped the massage staff pretty liberally. I had another instance where I wanted to cancel in under 24 hours and they’re charging me $40. I should’ve switched massage company’s along time ago. Plus they always have so much turn over so it’s hard to even find the right therapist.

Moon Valley Elements always take great care of me. I have been pleased with all the therapist I have had. Kim is my favorite. She listens to my concerns and gives great advice. The place is always clean and welcoming.

Elements Massage is always super clean. I hate to tell everyone how fantastic Zoriana is because I may have trouble booking my appointment. My favorite day of the month is when I get my 90 minutes with Zori.

This place has messed up so many times and never offered anything other than a 'sorry'. This was the last chance. I received a 45 min massage when it was supposed to be an hour. Two days before my wedding this was very disappointing. Again, only a 'sorry'. Never coming back.

Was able to help me fix our 13ft Jack Skellington and save Halloween! The base had a cheap weld when we bought it and fell over in the last storm. He was very prompt, made sure everything fit correctly and was able to reinforce it to make it stronger! Would recommend to anyone and thank you again for your help!

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE MEMBERSHIP ITS A SCAM! I signed up for the membership because it was cheaper. I went in on August 4th and canceled my membership. I was told I would be charged one more month and then I wouldn’t be charged again. Well it’s October and I am still getting charged. I did not come in in September for a massage because the therapist I saw last time made a comment while we were chatting during the massage about how she should, “spank me”. The context was I had gone mountain biking in the heat and she said, “oh your so bad I should just spank you”. So inappropriate! My wife did use the last credit. I couldn’t bring myself to go back I was too creeped out. I asked her experience was and she did enjoy herself with no issues.

Michael is great! He takes the time to listen to my areas of concern and focuses the massage accordingly. He does a fantastic job of applying pressure to loosen the stiffness in my back. Plus, he doesn't try to fill the time with conservation which I really like and appreciate. After all, I can't focus on my breathing and have a conversation :)

I cancelled my membership 2 months ago and went in and filled out the paperwork to do so. They have since charged me for a membership fee every month after canceling and I have to call and ask them to reverse the payment. The first time they said “they forgot to process the paperwork” and did not apologize once, there was no excuse for the second time this was able to happen. Horrible customer service… how is this even legal to do?! I would not recommend signing up for a membership from here.

I received a massage at the Moon Valley Elements. Allison was my massage therapist. She was very professional and pleasant. She checked with me several times to make sure I was comfortable with the massage. Definitely one of the better massages I have ever received. I have already scheduled another massage with Allison.

7.18.24: Yes, I'm a massage junkie right now b/c I'm in the process of buying a car & it's stressful AF! Massages counter that & work out the stress I'm holding! This location is new to me - I'd never been there before. They sent me an email, offering me a free enhancement for my bday. That got my attention & so this morning I checked web site for availability & there were plenty of spots open for today. Probably b/c summer's not as busy. Out of the three choices - aromatherapy, Himalayan Salts and cupping, I chose aromatherapy. I took advantage of the summer special (or first timers?) rate of $79.95 vs. $119.95. My MT's name was Brooke & here's the lowdown: YAYS! * Variety of strokes, including using forearms, which is an underused way to massage but provide relief to tense muscles * Good pressure * She worked on an unusual area - behind my ankle - that had tension NAYS! * Incredibly choppy massage b/c ------- Every time she did a stroke she went back & forth to the shelf where the massage lotion bottle sat to get a pump of massage lotion/gel & then mix it w/ the aromatherapy oil. This makes no sense for a few reasons & has got to be the most inefficient thing I've ever seen: 1. most other therapists either wear a belt to carry massage lotion on them or put bottle in their pocket 2. Why not pre-mix the massage gel w/ the aromatherapy beforehand so it's already mixed and available? Doing both of those things would have probably added 10 more minutes of hands-on massage time. Also: every time she "traveled" to the shelf, her hands came off my body so again not smooth - as the client I'm wondering what's coming up next. Will she go back to the same arm she's been working on or will she move to my back? That puts me, the client on alert, instead of being able to relax. I paid $10 more for this therapist b/c she's called "Elite" based on the volume of clients she's served &/or additional training/schooling. This is an Elements-specific feature. But this was not "Elite" service. Please re-train her so that she can provide a smooth, fluid massage b/c she has the foundational knowledge to be truly "Elite."

I came in on Sunday after to use a gift certificate I was gifted! The massage therapist asked me what to focus on and I told her. A few minutes into the massage she asked how the pressure was, I asked that she provide deeper pressure. She replied with, "I'm pretty tired so I'm not sure I can but I will try." I made a small uncomfortable laugh and she continued. She then asked if I wanted her to focus on anything before going to my back(mind you this was only upper body massage) I said, "yes,there is a knot on my left shoulder." She said, "oh I thought I felt something but wasn't sure(it is a big knot)." This was a main social point. I now feel worse then when I came in. I sent in an email right after to complain about this, I got a phone call with a VM, I called back later Monday, sent a follow up email, called again,and still nothing to get this taken care of. I have now asked that refund the gift certificate cost to my friend as this is beyond unprofessional and they really should be embarrassed that they have staff who would say this to a client.

My service was wonderful from Zori. However, I had to listen to the speakers buzz and crackle for the whole 90 minutes. It's been an issue for months and every time I get a service here, I have to ask my therapist to turn down the music and it takes away from my experience and makes it very unrelaxing.

The best experience! The massage therapist Brooke was amazing! She did the perfect amount of pressure, I had about a 3. She was very nice and pleasant to be around. Brooke made me feel very comfortable and a great overall experience. I will be going back for sure!

Be careful who you speak too ! Avoid Brianna who tells you one price and once you’re there, forgets or doesn’t write notes what she told you the price would be was over charged $40 extra dollars and she blamed someone else . Called to get the fixed she said I didn’t do it, told her she had gave me a price and said no! Call back when a manager is back and blew me off! Make sure you look at your credit card transaction when you walk out specially when you’re dealing with Brianna who forget what she says?

Do not sign up for their membership program. It is impossible for you to cancel and it must be done in person. They are just hoping people wont have the time to stop in for a signature and keep charging your credit card. Oh, and you can't cancel your membership at any other location. Great job Elements. You have lost my business.
