Samantha was amazing! All my stress is held in my neck and shoulders. She was able to relax my muscles and gave me tips to keep my shoulders relaxed. I will keep her as my massage therapist moving forward.

I had a wonderful experience with Elements at Arcadia. It is easy to schedule online and once arriving for my appointment all were kind and helpful. I especially appreciate the excellent care and expertise of Ivan who helped me out of pain with a therapeutic massage. I highly recommend his services and this establishment. Thank you!

My massage therapist was amazing. Very professional and nice and helpful. I would highly recommend elements massage. Thank you so much staff is great. Highly recommend it. If you need a massage please do go you will be very satisfied with there work especially my massage therapist I scheduled with is the best. Keep up the good work . The therapists are great. My partner and I were members for a while and would continually run into issues with scheduling. Massage therapists quit regularly at this location. We recently cancelled our memberships. Both of us filled out paperwork, they “lost” the paperwork, and we were charged again with the excuse, there aren’t any notes about us cancelling. Seems like they’re intentionally preventing us from cancelling our plan - very frustrating.

My massage with Sara this week was terrible. It was 90 minutes of her pointing out every imperfection on my body she noticed and bringing attention to it. It started out with my ankles asking if I sprain them a lot because my feet point inward naturally and how it must be so interesting to see me walk. She asked if I ever rowed before and if I know how to do the exercise correctly because my back muscles are atrophying. She would say something so rude about my body then follow up with “but you’re in great shape though” or something to make it not seem like she’s being blatantly rude. My session was 90 minutes of comments like this, there were so many more but those were the highlights. I’m a confident person but if it were anyone that wasn’t as secure they would have left that session feeling extremely terrible about their body. All of this was condescending and confusing why she chose to spend the entire service making comments like this. I couldn’t enjoy any of it and was extremely close to ending the massage early and asking her to leave the room. I had a membership and love Benji, he is who I am usually with. I booked this massage for my brother who got sick that day and couldn’t make it. I took this appointment to avoid the cancellation fee and really wish I would have just paid the $40 cancellation fee than ever meeting or having an appointment with Sara. I was having a terrible day, thought 90 minutes of relaxation and massage therapy would help but I left there in a worse mood than when I arrived. I have a hard time recommending this facility or company to anyone now. Other than Benji, he’s seriously awesome. Since the appointment on Tuesday I have cancelled my membership and felt the need to share my experience because it’s still weighing on me.

I'm here visiting the area, and was able to book a same day appointment with Nickie. The website was very easy to navigate and use. Check in was smooth and the girls at the front were nice. My massage therapist, Nickie, was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to work on my tight spots and even showed me a few stretches to work on to loosen my lower back, glutes, and neck area. I would recommend this place and if ever in the area again, would return. 😊

Sent my husband in to get a gift card for my mom so she can go to any Elements Massage at her convince, he stated all this to the woman and she completely lied to him and gave him a gift card that is only redeemable at their location. Transparency is key to running a business this makes y’all look so desperate and greedy. Happy holidays!

This was the first massage in a long time. My boss gave us a 90 minute massage for Christmas. DJ was super professional and did a great job. I had so many knots and tense muscles due to my job. I signed up for a membership.
