Terrible Experience – I Do Not Recommend I prepaid for a massage at the Bryant office, and the entire experience was a nightmare. When I tried to book my appointment, I was repeatedly pushed to go across town to another location. After finally accommodating this, I was told my massage had "expired" and that they would not honor it. They kept my money without providing any service, which is absolutely unacceptable. This is a prime example of terrible customer service and complete disregard for your clients. I followed all the necessary steps on my end, and yet I was left with nothing but frustration and a significant loss of money. I will never return, and will look elsewhere for a more reliable and customer-focused experience.

Elements massage also provides exceptional Facials I enjoyed a one hour. Deep moisturizing facial this morning, it was absolutely amazing! May is an excellent aesthetician, she’s very professional and has made great recommendations for my skin. This is the third facial I’ve had At Elements massage by May, she’s making such a difference with my skin! If you’re looking for an excellent facial and would like to relax for an hour and feel pampered, this is the ideal spot for you!

Had a facial with May on Christmas Eve as a gift, and I loved every second of it! May is very knowledgeable about skin health, and the products she uses. It was nice that she was not too talkative in order to create a more peaceful & relaxing experience, but yet whenever I had questions she gladly answered them. I’m sure that if you asked her to explain all the things she is doing if you’d like, she’d also be happy to share that info too. She is definitely in her element 😉 I have extremely dry, mature skin, but by the time I left, my skin felt SUPER hydrated without feeling oily at all. This was a relaxing and peace-filled experience that left me feeling pampered and well cared for. The staff is friendly and kind.

I got a facial done by May here-she did an awesome job. I struggle with really bad hormonal/cystic acne and she was able to recommend products that would work well on my skin! She was very professional and everything about my facial was relaxing. I recently had a baby and May used products safe on my skin in order to still nurse my baby. She’s very knowledgeable in skincare and so very warm and welcoming! I can’t wait to go back!

Go weekly for complete relaxation massage one of the best places I’ve been and I’ve traveled the world for work. Clean friendly people always perfect pressure and Lisa the therapist is the best and Annie at front desk takes care of the perfect scheduling

I scheduled this massage last minute with Matt. I am from out of town and wasn’t sure what to expect. He’s a healer! I have had many massages and I have not had the type of detail and clinical focus that I had with Matt - it was more than a massage it was directed at exactly what my body needed. Thank you. 🙏🏼

Jennifer is a rockstar! I had pain in right hip for a month and a 90 minute massage with her made the pain subside. She puts so much effort into her massage technique. She is a true healer.

Greetings when I first walk in the door from Annie are very positive and inviting. My massage session always begins on time and goes the full hour and a half. Carlos is "my" therapist. Very knowledgeable and respectful. Listens to my woes and treats them successfully.

I have been going to elements massage for years now and I have never had any issue. Everyone has always been professional and super friendly. I have had 3 different massage therapists and they have all been amazing, Anita at the happy valley location is amazing at what she does and always makes my experience better than I could have ever hoped for. She always makes sure I feel comfortable and relaxed and that means the world to me. Will definitely keep going back every month for as long as she’s there!

I had an amazing experience from the time I stepped into the studio. The front desk greeting by Annie to the massage by Kabren. The waiting room is peaceful and relaxing. Kabren was very professional and communicated with me to provide the perfect massage. I will definitely return.

The staff makes you feel so welcomed from the minute you walk in the front door till you leave. I am grateful to the knowledge Francisco has shared and the time spent because it has truly helped heal some injuries and tighten muscles. Lisa has worked with my daughter and my daughter walked out feeling so much better. (She can't wait to come back). Thank you to the team for making our family experience a great and successful one that makes us keep coming back.

Did not like or expect the $20 upcharge upon exiting. Although the massage was fine, the fact that someone has been in the field longer doesn't necessarily make them better. While the booking site mentions a maybe extra, it doesn't disclose how much and it doesn't get brought up until you're paying on the way out. Likewise, the heavy suggested tip schedule taped to the front counter is tacky and reminds one of some low-end massage&nails outfit.

First and for most - my therapist, Carlos. He is the best. Listens to my concerns or issues and addresses very thoroughly. The office staff is very friendly and helpful as well. The facility is very clean from the reception area, restrooms and most of all the therapy rooms.

The front desk staff are great to work with and I see Cisco and he's a friendly and knowledgeable masseur. I have a lot of back and hip issues and he puts a lot of effort into relieving my pain.
