Noah was fantastic. expect to pay a little extra for an elite massage therapist but totally worthwhile. He gave a great medium pressure massage and was careful to apply light pressure on my compromised lymphatic system on one arm and also focusing on my achy areas.

I was a long-time member of Elements, but decided to end my membership as it was getting too expensive and I wasn't making good use of it. When I cancelled the membership, I had a number of massages "banked". I was told that these could be converted to gift cards or remain in their system without expiration. Stupidly, I told them to leave them in their system instead of gift cards. My wife used one of the massages a year later without issue, however the same cannot be said of the final massage. When scheduling, my wife told the person she would be using a credit, but at the CONCLUSION of the massage, she was charged the full, non-member price. (It would have been nice to know this BEFORE the massage took place). The GM said there was a change of ownership, and the new owners would not live up to the promises that were made at the termination of my membership. I understand that there was a long duration between my cancellation and the most recent massage, but I never worried about an expiration date based on promises made. This is all very unfortunate, if Elements would have been honest when the appointment was scheduled, we could have avoided all of this. My wife did say that the massage was "nice but not worth $140+++". I will not return to Elements and I caution others as well.

Staff was welcoming from start to finish. Offered products but did not push, which was refreshing. My massage therapist, Aaron was very attentive and tackled all my needs within the session.

I had a wonderful and relaxing massage with Patricia today. The pressure was just perfect, and she asked a couple times if the pressure was good. I walked out incredibly relaxed and armed with info about hydration and other things I could do that could enhance my massage. I will absolutely go back and see Patricia again!

I had been a loyal customer at Camelback Elements Massage for quite some time, with a particular masseuse who was excellent. Unfortunately, that all changed when my go-to masseuse left. The worst part? The place didn’t bother to inform me until I had already taken time off work and physically showed up for my appointment. No effort was made to make this right; instead, the staff acted like they were the ones wronged. I had a few credits left, and one of them expired while I was away from Phoenix. When I returned and tried to book a massage, I was informed that the credit had expired. Despite being fully paid for, they refused to honor it unless I signed a new contract. Tyler (manager) and Mckenzie (general manager) made it clear that they were more interested in trapping me into another contract than actually providing good customer service. Sorry, but I’m not giving Camelback Elements Massage another chance to disappoint me, and I suggest you don’t either. There are plenty of other places in town where your time, money, and loyalty will be valued.

I’ve had a good experience with all of the massage therapists. However, I signed up for the membership plan and they upgraded my plan and started overcharging me $40 month extra. I didn’t notice until two months later, and when I called, the GM was not able to ascertain how that would’ve happened. I requested a refund for the difference but she said that all refunds were against policy. She issued me an hour credit, but it’s truly a shady business practice (and illegal?) to up charge people and then refuse to refund them. Buyer beware - check your accounts/charges!

Theresa P was my therapist and she was absolutely phenomenal. One of the best upper back/ neck massages I’ve had. She asks you what you want, and knows exactly what your muscles need. She is very sweet, too.

They charge a hefty cancellation fee and won’t take cancellations over the phone. Monthly recurring fee is a scam. The staff was rude when confronted about it. Would suggest getting massages elsewhere.

I was gifted a hour massage. It was a bit of a drivr from where I live but worth it. Alexis was great! I love that they dont get pushy with extra services and memberships like other massage places. If it wasnt so far away I wouldve purchased membership! Great place!

I am out of town and my back and neck was in pain. I signed up on the day of and they got me in quick! Noah, is the best message therapist I have ever had and I have probably had 15 massages. He knows how to apply deep pressure without pain but also unknotting the tension. I was very pleased with the service and the treatment. Only if Noah could follow me back to where I am from. I highly recommend this place.

I can't say enough about Cody's skills as a therapist! I started going to him 9 months ago for a chronic shoulder tendonitis that was progressively getting worse, limiting my range of motion and preventing me from getting a good night's sleep. I decided to give an elite massage therapist a try before going to an orthopedic doctor. I myself am a physical therapist and I always like to try conservative treatments first. Well, Cody knows more about anatomy and soft tissue restrictions than many PTs practicing today! He got right to the core of the matter, and even recognized problems in my rib cage, upper back, and neck that were also stemming from the shoulder problem. Within just 2-3 sessions with Cody, I was 75% better! I am able to sleep better, get through my yoga class without pain and have nearly full range of motion in my shoulders. What a gift!!! The one and only downside is he is hard to book because word is out about how great he is! He is definitely next level. Amazing!

There was a mistake made in scheduling and rather than owning up to it they charged me a $60 no show fee (which I will be contesting) and said it was my fault since they send emails and text reminders (which I don’t get because it’s my home phone). I specifically know when I scheduled because the therapist said “I’ll see you next Friday” and this was the week before but they said it was for the same Friday a few days before I was there. When I said I would cancel the membership they were happy to without trying to correct the issue as long as they charged me another month in the process. I’ve been a member for almost a year and this is how they want to treat someone. I would reconsider as there are many other options.

I went here because I had a gift card from Christmas. I was blown away by the level of care and attention my husband and I recieved. We had struggled to make appointments due to some emergency medical issues but staff was so attentive and accommodating in getting us a time that worked for us. My massage with Carrol was lovely and I left feeling refreshed. I strongly recommend their services.

Oddly unprofessional for the price. I had signed up for a membership, paying $79 a month for an hour credit. I had signed up before the 15th of the month, and they pushed me to come in right away, so I was charged before my membership even technically started which was unclear to me. But it was fine. Massage was okay but I was going to keep coming back to find someone I liked. I had apparently written down my next appointment incorrectly, which I admit was my fault. Mind you, I’ve never once gotten any sort of confirmation call, email, or text, which is very strange to me. Every other massage I’ve had at these chains has given me SOME sort of confirmation. I got a call saying I had missed my appointment and I’d be charged a $60 cancelation fee. I asked if they could just pull my credit to cover the fee. They said because it’s a 90 minute massage, my credit won’t cover it. How does $80 not cover a $60 fee. So I’ve now paid well over $200 for one 90 minute massage. They don’t let you cancel over the phone, but I’ll definitely be canceling.

Went here for a massage my daughter paid for as a birthday gift. It’s been years since I’ve gotten a massage and never one professionally. Theresa told me to let her know if I wanted her to ease up on the pressure but I already had it in mind to keep my mouth shut and let her do her thing. At times it got somewhat painful when she would really dig into my muscles but the end result… I’m extremely satisfied. Theresa did an amazing job. I cannot remember a time when my body felt this loose. Thank you so much.

This review is specifically for Brennan as he is incredibly talented and gifted. I have ankylosing spondylitis and Crohn’s, therefore deal with chronic inflammation, chronic pain & very frequent debilitating flareups. No medication has ever worked the miracles that he has. His deep tissue massages have become part of my pain management routine which I wouldn’t trade for the world! Some of the front desk staff could use a little polishing in the hospitality/customer service department tbh ;) People are spending a pretty penny for such services; professionalism and a smile goes a long way.
