The staff was super friendly and very informative when I went to get my first massage there. I loved the add-ons available to get with your massage. Their membership is easy (not complicated, if you ever need to cancel) and not scary to join! Thanks Raul and Fernando for making the massages beneficial and relaxing!

It was my first time getting a massage ever in my life, and it felt good. The masseuse I worked with, Alliyah, recommended I come back for a longer session and to try cupping since I have chronic pain. All in all, I would certainly come back. They also accept Spa Finder cards for anyone who has a card or is thinking getting one for somebody they know!

Rip off--- Read the fine print --- Never what you think and they do not volunteer any information --- I terminated my membership with 2 credits --- Although in the fine print it says they expire in 60 days no one bothered to tell me --- I do not recommend poor customer service that is just a way to rip people off. seriously if I wanted to go back I would not simply because they do not take care of their customers.

First experience was good. 90 min. And it hurt but a good hurt. Made another appt for a month later. Well turns out my memory not so good and got a call wondering if I was showing. 5 min after I was to be there. In the last month I never got a reminder call, text or email which I thought everyone did. So I paid the cxl fee 45.00 then they asked if I wanted to schedule again. Take my 45.00 then ask if I wanted another session. You can remind me when I'm 5 min late? But not a reminder within the month? I get policy but come on be better knowing someone's late or forgot especially when taking the 45.00. Won't go again.

Everyone was phenomenal. I accidentally went to the wrong location and then ended up a few minutes late to my appt at paradise valley. The staff was very accommodating, while i did not think I was entitled to such a thing, they were able to move my appt a few minutes so that I could still get my full time. My massage therapist was the sweetest and very friendly. She even wrote me a little card and reminded me of the recommendation she had given. Absolutely LOOOVED everything. Will be back again when finances permit it.

I went in last minute with a very painful shoulder muscle and by the time i walked out my muscles felt nice and relaxed. Id honestly suggest massages to anyone who deals with any bodily ailments, but specifically muscle knots, pinched nerves and over all body pain can be fixed within an hour. I was also happy that the massage i got didnt cause me to be too sore the next day.

This was an odd experience paired with the worst, and weirdest massage I've ever had. I scheduled an appointment online. The day of the appointment they sent me a text to notify me that my appointment was rescheduled to a new time, which was odd. The therapist told me how tired she was and wished she had taken the day off. She seemed to be zoning out throughout the massage with long pauses - I started wondering if she was falling asleep? Super weird. She messaged one arm and one leg, but not the other side. Save your money and go somewhere else. I couldn't wait until it was over! I'm a local and will never go back.

Top 3 worst massage, I was told I should have ended it if it wasn’t right. My therapist appeared to be falling asleep or ‘zoning off’ as she called it. Staff did nothing, told me since I don’t live in the area they couldn’t make it right and get a better therapist for me. I guess this is how they justify having someone with no skill and questionable behavior. Offering to discount the service would have been appropriate. Do better!!
