I have gone to multiple locations with Elements Massage and have seen multiple massage therapists. Every time I seem to find someone good, they become an "elite therapist" with an extra fee associated. I had decided that with so many other options I would explore different massage establishments I found a great one and canceled my membership with Massage Elements. I had to give a 30-day notice so they took out one last payment that I needed to use up. I booked a massage for the next day. When I showed up for my massage it was someone that was also an "elite therapist" with an upcharge. Things seem to go well during the session aside from the fact that the therapist had earphones in with very loud music, so I could not really enjoy the spa music. About 2/3 of the way through my session I felt a cold drop on my shoulder. I blew it off. Within the final portion of my session the therapist was obviously sweating and dripped on me multiple times. I was trying to decide what to do and how to handle this repulsive situation of bodily fluids dripping on me. About that time, my massage was over. After getting dressed I went to the front desk to let them know what had happened. They then took me back to a different room to speak to a manager who apologized to me two times. I fully expected to have a phone call after the fact trying to rectify the situation. I assume someone would at least offer me another massage considering the fact that this was not a pleasant or an enjoyable one. No call. After this experience, believe me, I will never go back there.

I booked an hour long couples massage through Groupon. After scheduling the appointment, we were told to arrive 10 minutes before the appointment time. We arrived at the requested time (5:50 for a 6:00PM appointment). While waiting in the lobby, all other guests were greeted and taken back for their massage. At 6:10, we were finally taken back to begin. The massage ended at 6:55. The massage itself was enjoyable but I could not help to feel shortchanged with the time. When booking an hour long session, I would expect the massage to be close to an hour, not 45 minutes.

Very clean relaxing. Abaghyl is great with pressure if u like very hard deep tissue massage. I had so many knots in shoulders n neck. She really worked on them for me- sad it was only an hr

Had an amazing experience with Willie and my husband was eith Manny. Honestly we loved the professionalism from the first phone to our last conversation at Elements. Wish we had this in Reno, NV. We came in for a conference in PHX and this location did not disappoint for quality. I used to a be a massage therapist and now an RN so I feel that says a lot as our therapists truly listened and worked on the areas of need versus spending 5-10mins in that given area. If we get to come back here for work, I will pre-book ASAP.

I bought 2 vouchers from Groupon for this location. The first attempt to go was cancelled do to an ill therapist okay things happened understandably. 2nd attempt my wife and I walk into the facility and we’re asked if we where at the right location, Told the receptionist yes showed her my voucher and confirmed email and she stated I was at the wrong location and sent me over to Tatum and Shay location, Couldn’t find the place so we had to cancel once again and reschedule. Today 8/31/2024 as myself and my wife go to our appointments FINALLY we get to the location that the receptionist from Tatum and DesertRidge location told us to go to My wife and I had an amazing experience until we got out of our massages and were hit with a bill of $180 plus tip coming out $220 BECAUSE apparently we where at the wrong location once again and the right location was the first one we went to but told we where at the wrong location. So thanks to Barbra from this location after looking at not only my voucher but my confirmation email as well I couldn’t enjoy the relaxation after it was done. Not only was this a Mother’s Day for me and my wife to enjoy ourselves with no interruptions from kids but also the very last of my money I had until payday in about 7 days from today. Thank you to Julie for being quick with her response on having the manager call me right back and I thank both you ladies for both your time I just wish there was more of a out come for myself and my wife. We were only offered help for our money back on our vouchers very thankful for that but really not happy, Pissed off if I may say.

This place was great! On a trip with my sister to visit phoenix, she had never had a massage before. So I changed that very quickly! I booked us an appointment at the Desert Ridge location. The front staff was very kind and pleasurable to talk to! John from Australia did both of our massages. My sister loved her first experience and I had some knots in my shoulders and John worked them out. Thanks so much! And shout out to the weekend front desk girl (Leann maybe) for the great convos!

I was honestly really excited for my appointment but there were multiple things that made me walk out of there unhappy. First, I had the massage therapist JW and he was rude from the start. Listened to my concerns at first and just said “well I’m not someone people see as a first time”. Now this is not my first deep tissue massage, I am an athlete and have a lot of knots and tight spots in my back. He seemed very annoyed that I was there and didn’t seem to even want to treat me. I understand that people have bad days, but truly when it comes to clients you need to be nicer. The session was good, he hit spots I needed. Once we were done, he said nothing to me, he didn’t even give me a second to ask a question before he walked out the room and left, just telling me the session was done. Also I had paid for an hour session and he finished 15 minutes early. When I got back to the front desk to pay I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip, now I was going to be honest and say I was not happy almost at all and not leave a tip, but I felt bad and didn’t want to be a jerk. All in all I’m not sure why I was treated this way but I did not appreciate it at all. I don’t recommend JW, maybe other therapists are good, but he was just plain rude.

Kiddos got me a nice massage for a little me time after recovering from an injury. I booked with Willie and man was I impressed. An hr later after meeting Willie and telling him where to focus, I woke up with drool and eyelashes stuck together! And no ladies, I was not roofied; he’s just that good!! My back feels immediately better and after a nice glass of wine, I slept like a baby! Thanks Elements! I appreciate you recognizing talent and sharing him with your customers. I’ll be back😊

Excellent deep tissue massages but not very great at communicating about fees. I had bought a promo massage for 90 min, the admin was not aware of any promos ran, I was charged full amount plus tip, after prepaying & having my massage. They were very helpful in rectifying the issue though & it was corrected. I was just kind of surprised they didn’t know about the promos they were running & had to call me back after calling a manager to verify that they were in fact running a promotion, then they could correct the issue. I had mentioned to only charge $30 for tip, I looked at my bill & it was $200. I was kinda confused but all turned out fine.

I get massages frequently and appreciate them as a regular part of a happy and healthy life. But - this experience of my massage at Elements was not one of them. The staff was friendly but that's about it. My massage therapist gave me the laziest massage I've ever had. He did the same strokes over and over, with no effort or care to technique. At one point, he was only using one hand, and I suspected he was on his phone with the other. When it came time for my reflexology on my feet, that was another let down. All he did was push hard on my feet, with no attention to technique or method. After this negative (and expensive) experience, I gave my feedback via the email survey that was sent out, as well as reaching out to the corporate email, and both were ignored. Very dissatisfied with this massage and lack of communication. 04/10/24 Response to Owner: I said the massage was "good" to the receptionist, however I did not "rave" about it. I do not recall meeting you, as there was only the receptionist at the counter who checked me out. She was very nice. There was no miscommunication because I preferred to give honest feedback via email/online, as I did, with no response to date, other than this public forum. Further, I left a good tip because I believe in compensating masseuses' for their valuable time and do not penalize if I don't enjoy the massage. My feedback is purely so you can improve the experience for the next customer and/or offer more training for your massage therapist.

JW is an amazing massage therapist. I've been doing monthly and he has helped me identify areas of my body that I'm tense or experience pain. He's great for deeper tissue massages and helps me truly relax.

Desiree is FANTASTIC. I was having some pain and she worked it out. I did a 90 minute massage and could have done longer! Definitely worth every penny!!!

All the massage therapist are great but I highly recommend Aussie John! He’s outstanding, and I’ve given him many times as a referral.
