So, I’m not one to give low reviews on a place I’ve never even received the massage at but here it goes. I have a Groupon voucher from April 2021 that I never got to use and fast forward today, I found the voucher. On the voucher, it states, “The amount paid for this voucher ($59.20) with Elements Massage San Antonio NEVER EXPIRES. The promotional value expires April 20, 2021.” So I called to see if I could book a massage and the lady on the phone was telling me that they don’t take Groupon and can’t accept that voucher. Now, I understand that I can’t use it for the 90 min promotional massage anymore but I did expect to be able to use the $59.20 towards any massage or service. I’m just extremely disappointed and upset for them not to even honor it.

I had my first massage here. I liked it a lot!! Maylene was my therapist. She really listened to what I explained as to where I stored tension. She really dug into that area and worked hard to relieve the tension. She found areas that were tight that were related to that area. It was very relaxing. She ran on time and was very professional and caring. Thank you for a great massage and good first experience!!@

So I will never be back at this place again! Not only is there 60 minute massage only 50 minutes hands-on and $79 but they also have mold everywhere if you look right above the entry door to the massage rooms they have an AC blowing with black mold coming out of it. It’s absolutely disgusting don’t waste time or your money. With everything costing so much and wanting to get what you pay for go somewhere else where they actually have 60 minutes hands-on massage. This is the only place I’ve ever been to that charges you for 60 minutes but only gives you a massage for 50 minutes. It’s a joke go somewhere else, anywhere else. The mold alone should warn you to keep away. The very rude manager said that’s their policy but they did not tell us until I said I wasn’t happy that it was cut short 10 minutes. I had another massage set for Saturday and canceled and the rude manager couldn’t care less. Disappointed as this was our first and last experience there.

I've tried so many massage therapists in the area and I have stage 3 crps, severe pain head to toe and Connie is incredible! She listens and truly cares. She is so kind and does a wonderful job at massage! I won't go anywhere else but here from now on! 5 stars from reception (Madison is very helpful and helps me to the ubers in my wheelchair) to Connie's massage and how much it helps me when literally no other massage has but has made me worse. Highly recommend!

My masseuse, Khalid, is fantastic on focusing on areas that are currently giving me problems or causing pain. He’s a magician at getting the muscles to relax and relieve the stress pain in those areas ( for me, it’s usually the right shoulder or lower back.)

From the minute I walked in, I felt relaxed. Front lobby was calm and peaceful despite busy location. Reception ladies were friendly and professional. Matt, my massage therapist, was attentive and respectful. Also, the pricing is very reasonable! Highly recommend!

Collin, at the Alon location, is the best massage therapist for you! I suffer with whiplash scars, and the pain is sometimes excruciating. In my first visit with Collin, he asked me to describe the problem, he listened attentively, and he took care of the issue. He is a pain eliminator. He is professional, he knows what to do, and he is effective to the highest standard. Today I went in for an extra deep tissue massage, and another client was standing at the front desk. He was saying, "I don't live near here. I will be back. Collin is incredible!" He then purchased a membership based on his experience with Collin. I cannot recommend Collin enough.

Ashley is a very professional massage therapist. Ashley insured that everything from the lights, music, pressure, and heating blanket were to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Ashley as the massage therapist, you won't be disappointed!

Great customer service! Massage was super relaxing and reduced a lot of stress! My only feedback is that I went with my partner and although we both got 90-minute full body massages, he did not receive massage on scalp, feet, or arms and I did.

Had some discomfort that was really starting to bother me. I called hoping for a same day opening. Luck was with me, and there was an opening. Had my massage and walked out without the discomfort I was having. And it didn't come back. Based on this, I recommend Elements Massage
