I had plenty of massages of past decade and Alma is the best masseuse I have ever had. She has a great flow and follows the musculature with enough pressure to be both relaxing and therapeutic at the same time. Many masseuses cannot find the right balance and either end up hurting or petting you. Alma has good intuition and sense for amount of pressure to apply, where and how long. Hopefully she will stay at this location.

Hello- Love the therapists. However, I left Arizona in April, and have attempted to cancel my membership 4 times. Please tell me what I need to do to cancel my membership. Phone calls to the facility were put on snow bird or seasonal. I have never been canceled, or postponed for seasonal. I continue to be charged monthly. I believe I have 9–90 minute massages. Merry Christmas to my Friends in Arizona. 🎄. I have been Charged each month. I mean no ill will. Please cancel my membership.

I have been going to Elements in North Scottsdale for several years. When I returned from a summer away I was charged an extra $15 because my therapist is now Elite.(This happened at some point during the summer evidently.) Had I been notified of the uncharge, I probably would have been fine with it but I was never notified and given an option until I noticed the extra charge on my credit card. The manger then accused me of lying about knowing about the uncharge. I have cancelled my membership!

Every single visit is a quite wonderful experience. My masseuse makes sure I live the place with a joy and happiness at the same time. Very proud of the owners; very caring people! Love you both! By the way the whole stuff is amazing. What else can I ask for! Book ur appointment. I promise you won’t regret!!

I’ve been a long standing member for many years but need to rethink my membership. The promenade location consists primarily of your new version of ELITE therapists that I cannot afford to see. The therapists I historically have liked are either now Elite or don’t work hours I am able to book an appointment. When I just checked availability there were a lot of elite appointments available which tells me I’m not the only one who feels this way.

I was never told when scheduling my appointments that. Chancellor was to receive a $15 bonus, nor was i told this when checking out.

I had a great massage from Chance. His work is very thorough and knows how to work with the body. I exercise a lot and love to run. So my legs and lower back really need some solid massage work. I felt great afterwards. The only reason I gave 4/5 * is because I had an allergic reaction to the oil that was used. But other than that, the massage itself was fantastic.

I did not have to wait for my scheduled massage. And the massage therapist took the time to ask what areas I was having issues with and focused on those areas during my massage.

10/10 recommend this studio! My experience, all around was amazing! From the second I walked in the door I was taken care of. My massage therapist, Andrea, was great and gave a fabulous session. She helped my back pain quite a bit and made every part of the experience relaxing. Can’t wait to go back!

Be careful with this Elements location. I cancelled my membership, after much pressure to suspend instead of fully cancel. Then I still got a recurring charge that resumed months later, and when I called to have it reversed, I was told there's no paperwork in my account showing I cancelled the membership. I was told they thought I had suspended my account, but they didn't have paperwork documenting that, either. This feels shady and makes me wonder how many people they do this to to extract extra months of payments.

Got in last minute and saw Ramsey, he was phenomenal. He did some stretching of my arms and legs that no massage therapist has ever done before and it felt great. Can't speak for anyone else here but I'd see Ramsey again for sure.

Great experience. Mariah (at the N. Scottsdale location) is amazing. Very intuitive and I really appreciate how she checks in during the massage. Check out was easy and I was grateful for a zero-pressure explanation about the option to become a member. Highly recommend the whole experience!

I had been a member for over a year and decided to cancel because I was cutting back on some expenses. I went in for my last 2 hour massage and unfortunately, the masseuse in the room next to me talked the entire time. His voice was very loud and carried, so clearly I could hear the entire conversation. I did let my masseuse know she told the front desk they slipped a note under the door, but nothing changed. I eventually had to go get my earbuds from my car so that I could enjoy my last hour of my massage. Needless to say, the manager Pat was supposed to call me back, and never did. I ended up calling three weeks later and wanted an hour massage comped because of this. She offered to give me an aroma therapy for my one hour massage being disturbed. No apology from her, she needs to work on customer service. I ended up calling the Elements Massage and speaking to another manager Connie at the Promenade location. She was very accommodating, booked my massage that was comped and was apologetic. I will no longer be going to the location on Scottsdale and Pinnacle Peak.

Jose is truly the most wonderful massage therapist !! He exceeded every expectation and applied the perfect amount of pressure during the course of my one hour massage !!! I highly recommend Elements Massage and Jose is top-notch !!!! I will definitely be returning in the future !!!!

My husband and I went yesterday and had a couples massage for our anniversary. The ambiance was nice when we got in, we picked our aromatherapy and as we were headed back we were told there was an issue they couldn’t use peppermint because the therapist has a reaction to peppermint so can I pick another. Shouldn’t the front desk ladies have known this before hand? Odd but whatever. I picked lavender and it was fine. We get back there get started and the lady I was given did not feel like a professional at all. The most lame massage I have ever been given and my husband paid good money for these massages. I could barely smell the aromatherapy. When they flip you over on your back they usually cover your eyes- nothing was done so every noise I was looking up to see what was going on. Luckily my husband said his lady was pretty good but I told him not to tip my lady well as she felt like a massage student. She literally did not rub both of my feet and massaged my arms/legs/back in small sections it was the weirdest thing. Then she did a neck massage that felt like she was trying to knock me out by putting an extreme amount of pressure on my jugular. I’m telling you it was bizarre. I have never had such a bad experience. I hope no one gets her again as she needs a lot more training. I’m writing the Owners to make them aware of this situation too. I tried to just let it go, bad massage oh well, but my sweet husband tried to make it a nice relaxing time for me and it ended up awful. *PLEASE READ UPDATE BELOW* ** Updated** The manager staff contacted me after they saw this review and were very apologetic for the bad experience I had. They offered to give my husband and I two free massages to make up for the bad experience. The second time was a charm. The therapists were attentive and thorough. We are thankful for the great customer service we received.
