I have been with Andi for several years now as a client. She is by far the best thing to happen to massage therapy. She will transport you to another world and leave you transformed.

I've been to Massage Elements twice and both times my massages have started late and ended early. What exactly is an hour 30 massage? It's obvious the Massage Elements schedules clients back to back without any cushion to clean room or if prior client is late. I decided to be a member for the 90 minute massage for $119 Which doesn't include any add ons, and additional charge for $30 if therapist is a master. So $179 later (total with tip) for an hour 14 minute massage?? Senia is a great therapist but not for a massage which was a little over an hour. I will be canceling my membership.

Would highly recommend going to a different massage group. There's been a host of very uncomfortable massage therapists all around the valley to the point where I stopped going. Two of which I had to put on my ban lists in my notes. If you ever want to cancel, they make things extremely difficult and insist that you go in person. If this is not possible, make sure you keep them on the phone until you've confirmed that they've received your cancellation letter. They also require you to cancel through the home location and require a 30 day notice so that they have the opportunity to bill you one last time. All around terrible customer service and experience.

I just wanted to leave this Google review for anyone looking to visit elements. I highly advise you check out the other locations locally before visiting here. Their customer service was completely unsatisfactory and they refused to honor a gift card. Seems like other people have had this issue there. And then they had us charge for the two massages while the situation was going to be looked at with corporate. Management agreed to return the gift card, which has not arrived yet it has been weeks. Poor customer service and lack of understanding the situation here. I absolutely will not return to this location.

Haven't had a massage in years, Raphael did an amazing job and helped educated me on some stretches. Great service from receptionist. Overall I will be coming back and I'm feeling great!

DO NOT do business with this firm. Impossible to cancel service. Even after you cancel they will charge you and not refund you! BEWARE of SCAM

I think I may have found the best massage therapist in Phoenix. The staff is phenomenal, the facility is very welcoming, and I highly suggest scheduling a massage with Sean.

I hate mildly aggressive sales techniques in any context, but certainly before and after a massage. I forgot why I never went back to this business after visiting once a few years ago, but it all came flooding back to me. While waiting for my massage, the front desk person sat down with me and started what can only be described as a probing sales script. Which I deflected politely. I had a wonderful massage. Then at checkout I got pitched with you'd-have-to-have-an-IQ-of-50 techniques to get me to sign up for a membership. Even after I said I am a member of a nearby club and have no need for a membership (but I'd certainly come back as a backup option) I was still pressed. All my relaxed muscles were no longer relaxed. Then two days later I get a call from the same salesperson pitching me again. I said I realize it is her job, but this is exactly why I won't be back again. Basically it was an "inverse massage" -- Instead of being more relaxe I'm not 200% more tense than before I decided to go there. Truly I'd rather go to a timeshare sales center since I know to expect the high-ish pressure sales pitch. But at a spa? No thank you.

Sean is the best massage therapist ever! His massages are always therapeutic and relaxing all in one. He is genuine, personable and professional and he works out the trigger points pain free because he knows exactly how to prep and warm those areas first. As long as Sean is on staff at Elements, I will keep my membership going and drive the 45 minutes it takes me to get there. Worth the drive!

This particular location, the front office is always friendly and I’ve never had a therapist that I didn’t like.
