I have had three different massage therapist work on me here and I have to say they are all amazing . This place is so neat and clean and friendly ! Well worth the money I paid ! I have had a lot of massages in my time but this is my favorite place of all . Knowing they are all good means I never have to wait to get in ! They have and elite therapist that seem to manage the team and he does it so well that I keep coming back ! Thanks for an amazing clean establishment. Most recently in January of 2025 i Had another Amazing relaxing and soothing massage from Cory , His care and his touch are just what I need. My muscles were so sore from a long plane ride and he fixed me up perfectly. I highly recommend you reach out to CORY he knows how to A 90 minute session is the best. He checks in with you on pressure the whole time just tell him what you want , he is a great listener to your body's needs.

The last time I tried going here for a series of massage treatments, I tried three different therapists and they all talked the whole duration of the session. The times I wouldn't engage, I received passage aggressive treatment - like the therapist would excuse herself to the bathroom four times, give a subpar massage, or forget to give me a towel to wipe off the oil after the session. I always tipped between 15-20% but this apparently wasn't enough - because the therapists would constantly drop hints about their economic situations and how they rely on tips as a source of income. It's okay for a therapist to be friendly - but this level of socializing was more appropriate for a hair salon. I've suffered two major back injuries and have had three operations on my right shoulder so I came here to seek therapy for serious injuries. But after half a dozen sessions, I felt less like a patient and more like a source of entertainment and charity for the staff.

Solid massage therapists. This was my second time, and it was again great. They listened to me and concentrated on what I wanted. It is pricy unless you do the membership, but worth it.

This place is an awful business. They won't let me cancel my membership over the phone. Furthermore, my first massage with them was awful. The massage therapist was completely unaccomadating. He left me writhing on the table and did nothing to make me feel better.

Great practioners, all of them, reasonable monthly memberships, and the Greenlake one (actually in Roosevelt) is right across the street from a light rail station, so could be super convenient even if you don't live close to this neighborhood!

I am very disappointed with the service at this place. They often move the schedule without any notice, and I have experienced this for two times in a row now. I had an appointment booked three weeks in advance, which was confirmed in the morning but suddenly canceled in the afternoon with no apology. This lack of communication and professionalism is unacceptable.

I rarely give reviews but this place was so bad I had to choice. When I say avoid I mean RUN AWAY. The first receptionist when I came in was lovely. However that’s when it all went downhill. My massage went considerably shorter than the paid for time and was so underwhelming (my entire back was missed which I’ve never had happen). When I brought this up to the second receptionist checking out. They first didnt acknowledge my existence moving me to the side to check someone who came behind me. When they finally allowed me to speak to them to check out they continued to be incredibly dismissive and made it extremely clear after talking down to me they could care less about the situation that I was being charged for services not provided and no resolution was offered. Massages are usually incredible and relaxing. However this one left me leaving more stressed and exactly as sore as I came after being charged over 100 dollars. RUN

I understand how lucky and privileged I am to be able to afford a monthly massage, but I didn’t realize how important it was to my health in all the ways! Love this Roosevelt location! Always greeted right away by staff, the place is clean and relaxing and love the massage therapist, Marc!

I'm genuinely sad to leave a three star review here because every massage I've gotten here was excellent and all of the staff were professional, helpful, and kind. However, this business has a policy of making it incredibly difficult to cancel a contract. I was initially told that I could not cancel unless I came in person. I requested to sign the form via email and was told I couldn't. The result was that I had to pay for another month of membership because they have a 30 day cancelation policy. However, the "in person" requirement is not in the contract I signed. When I called to ask about this, the manager told me it was the policy, and I should have been told about it when I signed up. I was not. She also told me that they make exceptions and let people cancel via email if they cannot come in person. I asked her why an exception wasn't made in my case, and she didn't know. She still insisted that this hidden term that I never agreed to and that they do make exceptions to was binding on me. The fact that I was incorrectly told the requirements to cancel and ended up paying for massages I didn't want does not sit right with me.
