Booked a 60 minute massage with Nicole. Nicole was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. Where the disappointment comes in is during checkout I was told it would be $125 and asked if I’d like to add gratuity. I asked the front desk staff why the price seemed so high, to which she responded with “you had a deep tissue massage, it is extra for that”. I did not request a deep tissue massage. Upon booking the appointment I said “I prefer a man, as they tend to use more pressure”. Staff said no male masseuse was available today. I responded saying “okay, as long as she can use some firm pressure that’s fine”. That’s when the staff should have notified me that I was gong to be upcharged for a deep tissue since I used a key word for them. I guess “firm pressure” = deep tissue. Though, I’ve been to many other massage places in town and have never been charged more for saying I wanted firm pressure. When I brought up that this made me uncomfortable during checkout, the staff said “we also had a price increase last year”. Well, that would have been nice to know. It’s always good to be transparent with clients and upon booking they can see that I’ve been here before but not since the price increase and should have been notified. I then had to tip less than what I was wanting to and was not offered a solution other than an “I’m sorry”. I’d rather support a small business/solo masseuse who tend to be very transparent with pricing. I was going to sign up for the membership but since no solution was offered this time, I felt undervalued as a client and clearly they don’t need my business. 5 stars for Nicole, my massage therapist today. She asked me upon entering the room what kind of pressure I wanted. Little did I know that upfront, they already charged me for deep tissue. Supposedly it was the owner that booked my appointment too. The person who should be the most upfront and transparent within the whole building. I will not be returning here as I don’t want to play any guessing games with my wallet when I leave. All that relaxation just went out the window.

Pumping iron for over 30 years and an Inury as a firefighter, left me with severe rotator Cuff tears. Rick from Elements of Therapy called me and spent an hour with me explaining the alternative methods Elements of Therapy had available to reduce The inflammation and start the repair of the tears. The PiezoWave was the therapy I chose that pinpoints the pain and treats at the source. After the session I immediately had pain relief and more mobility in the shoulder. I plan on continuing with the PiezoWave Therapy until my shoulder is completely healed. This is the only Therapy that has worked for me. This Therapy, I am convinced, will save me from surgery and I thank Rick and Elements of Therapy greatly. John Wallace Retired Chief

Yesterday I had a 90 minute massage with Unique and it was the best massage I have ever had! She worked on knots in my muscles and I walked out like a new person!! She is amazing and I will certainly be back! Thank you so much!!!

I had an IPL photo facial done and I was very pleased with the service and results. I had IPL done on my face previously at a doctor’s office and my experience at The Elements of Therapy was comparable and even more customized to my needs and expectations for the service. The service was done in a relaxing environment and the nurse practitioner was personable and knowledgeable making the overall experience something I look forward to doing again.

From the moment I walked in the office I felt like they went over and beyond to make us feel welcomed. They helped us find a parking space. Veronica took my husband back first then me. It was the best massage we had ever had. Clean , comfortable, Veronica was kind, professional, and her technique was incredible. Me and my husband talked about it all the way home. We will be returning again. Thank y’all Elements! Awesome experience. 🙂

I just went to the Mandarin location to get some information about weight loss, and the receptionist was locking the door at 7:23pm, even though it clearly states on the door that they close at 8pm. And when I looked bewildered, she said we are closing early tonight...37 minutes early, for no apparent reason. That's certainly a good way to lose customers...before they even give you their money. I hope others read this before they go here. That isn't how you should run a business.

The massage we nice and staff great,, the room looked messy and unkept with an old couch and stuff. I had a massage here before in another room and it was fine but this wasn’t nice at all!

I have the best massage therapist... Alexis. She is by far the most talented and knowledgeable therapist I have ever had. I have seen her for several years. I have a lot of problems with my L hip after a total hip replacement. My body had developed a lot of scar tissue and Adhesions. I had to walk with a cane. After two months with Alexis, I have not used a cane sense. I also have a lot of issues with my neck shoulders and back. If it was not for her I would be in a wheelchair or bedbound!**********. 11 stars in my book👍🤩

So glad I found Elements of Therapy. I have struggled with my weight and various failed diets for decades. I heard thru a friend about Elements of Therapy and their semaglutide program combined with a long term health program which is designed to keep the weight off after you stop taking semaglutide. Dr Cindy is simply the best! She walked me thru the entire program to show me how I will not only get to my goal weight, but keep it off long after the semaglutide treatments are done. I’m starting my second week and I’m already down eight pounds. I’m also taking all the other recommended supplements and I feel great. Just wanted to drop this note to let them know how thankful I am that they are helping me to finally regain my health.
