I’ve been going to Elements Salon and Spa for years and have loved every experience! Everyone is so personable and makes you feel welcome. I had a great experience with hope last time I went! No matter who I see, they do a great job, and the prices are very fair. I always leave feeling great!

Looking for a new stylist and when I called last month for an appointment I specifically asked for someone who knows how to cut curly hair. I was assured all their stylists do. My appointment was with Hope and I am still disappointed in the outcome. I asked if she would dry cut and no, she doesn't. Oh, okay. I had told her I wanted to add a long layer to get rid of the tree like look I had. She had taken sections, held them loosely, shook them a bit and made small snips throughout. I commented that my hair doesn't need to be textured and she said no, she's adding layers. What she added was frizz to my hair. The back of my hair is basically one length. Hope needs more training when cutting curly hair! UPDATE...... After this posting I have spoken with Angela, the owner, and she said she would like me to make an appointment with her after the holidays. She also asked me to remove this post at that time. Today, Susan left me a message to call back and schedule a follow up appointment with Angela to correct my haircut that Hope had given me. I returned the call and told Susan that prior to New Year's I had cut my own hair. I could come in and Angela could even out my layers, etc. However, at this time, it wasn't really necessary. I appreciate the follow through.

I've been to two different stylists here - both of them with experience working with curly hair - and both of them were terrible with my wavy hair. I explained what works and what doesn't with my hair, and both of them ignored what I'd said and seemed to expect my hair to conform to their Ouidad curly expectations. I specifically requested that they NOT use Ouidad products because the fragrance is overpowering and gives me a headache, but they still used them. I also explained that the "rake and shake" method of styling doesn't work on my hair, but they insisted on using it anyway. It didn't work. And this most recent stylist tried to sell me on getting a PERM on my naturally wavy hair. Even though I was explicit from the start about only wanting some more layers. After this second stylist absolutely butchered my hair (which will take many months to grow out), I'll never go back.

I was looking to change up my color after many years of being blonde. Brianna did an amazing job! She listened to what I wanted and then knocked it out of the park! It turned out better than I could have imagined!!! I will definitely be back!!!!

I’ve been going here since January and LOVE my hair each and every time I leave. The color and highlights are perfect and the cut is always top notch. I also have gotten a pedicure here, which is superb. Ava has done all my services…she’s so sweet and truly amazing!

My daughter went here 8/10/24 for her hair to be cut, dyed , and nails to be painted. We were quoted $280-$325. Not sure how it came out to $585 in the end?! The nails are definitely not worth the $65 we got charged. It feels like because I wasn’t able to sit with her the whole time due to having to visit her brother in the hospital they took advantage of the situation. Very disappointed . I would recommend everyone to go elsewhere

Love the relaxed atmosphere and modern amenities at Elements Salon. Last week Lianna cut and colored my hair. Turned out great. I love it! So easy for me to manage. This week I splurged on a mani pedi. Lianna’s attention to detail is fantastic. My nails look so nice! The pedi chairs give a great massage too! Thanks for everything.

I went to this salon to get my hair washed and styled straight, for a special occasion. I naturally have curly hair and always wear it curly, so getting it straight is special for me. My stylist was Sheila and I have never met someone so rude and unwelcoming. She refused to straighten my hair since they are a Ouidad salon. Then, she kept saying she wanted to cut my hair because I have "too much hair" and that I would "look better with a haircut". I did not give in and let her cut my hair. I walked out of the salon with more product in my hair then I have ever had in my life, and I still can not get it out a week later. I feel like a baby duck in an oil spill. This was not a good way to start my birthday weekend, and I will never recommend this salon to anyone. I just don't understand why, when I am the one paying for my service, why I don't get to receive what I want. I thought it was a very tense experience and I left extremely unhappy.

Lianna listened to what I wanted and I am so happy with my cut. I did buy a product to help with the roots flattening with the weight of my hair. This Saturday heading back for highlights and for a haircut for hubby.

For years I have tried to fix my curly hair. No one knew how to properly cut or style it but I met a lovely worker named Brianna who properly showed me how to style and made my curly hair very defined and the best it’s looked in years. I will definitely be coming back again!

I got my hair done by Austin today, and let me tell you! He showed me that my curls are capable of looking so much better than they had before. I was shocked with the transformation, from cut to color. I am so so happy with my service. Austin was kind, patient, and he even went in a little early to make sure we had the time for what I wanted done. Thank you, Austin. I will be returning!

I’ll preface this by saying I have long, wavy, insanely thick, sometimes unruly hair. And Amanda Best here has helped me tame this lions mane. My waves fall better now, my ends are better, my hair is smoother and my scalp likes me now. 10/10

Outrageous prices. $110 for a full set manicure, there wasn't even a fancy design. Also took exactly 3 hours to complete.

This salon was amazing. Brianna, my hairstylist, gave me what I wished for and I absolutely love it! She was very kind, helpful, and gave great tips on how to keep my hair healthy and long lasting. I highly recommend Elements Salon and Spa, and Brianna as a stylist.

Was referred to by a friend. Although my stylist did a good job on my hair...there was many stylists talking not so nicely about clients and their co-workers while I was in the chair. Makes me wonder if same thing will be done to me.

Wonderful salon and team! Austin is fantastic at cutting, styling, and coloring curly hair. He took a challenge in recoloring my hair and was patient and well versed on what would work with my lifestyle. Highly recommend!
