I have kids so going to salon and spa is a once a year thing for me. I went today and Alexis is the first hairstylist, in a long time, that has gotten my color and cut just how i wanted it. She's convinced me to come in again to get a touchup and even gave some amazing recommendations for hair products to someone who is not very girly. I've always loved Elements, but Alexis is a brand new edition that brings professionalism, humor, kindness, and (unofficial) therapy (isn’t that what a haircut and style are for?!?). Cant wait to go back.

My manicure was fine. The girl did a decent job however she never softened my cuticles. She never gave me a hand massage. And when she began she advised me that there would be an additional $10 charge for removing my gel! Ridiculous. I won’t be returning.

I was given a gift card for this place on Christmas. I was pleasantly surprised by all the different services they provide and at reasonable prices. Everyone was so polite, welcoming, and educational. The environment was clean and relaxing. I had a massage, facial, and gel manicure done (not all done in one day). Booking appointments were easily done online but can also be on the phone. Without this gift card I probably would not have come on my own in the first place but I will be continuing to come here because of how much I loved it!

Angelo is the ONLY hair artist I will EVER SEE AGAIN! I have seen 3-4 different people in Las Vegas in the past. He takes time and ACTIVELY LISTENS !! I am due to have my baby next week, each a cesarean delivery, so I always come in for a Brazilian wax to get cleaned up and prepped each pregnancy. I was a bit nervous this time, but JANAE was AMAZING!!!!! She made me feel relaxed and comfortable and with her help I got through it so much better than I thought I would. She was so sweet and efficient and knew exactly what she was doing. It definitely helps to have a confident specialist! She even took time to add in a quick underarm wax. Thank you so much Janae!!! I'll be back to see you as soon as I can! I also scheduled a petite facial right after with SHALONDRA. Oh I was on cloud 9 by the time she finished! She did such an amazing job and I felt SO RELAXED! She even added some extra pampering in for me and it was just the BEST experience! My face is glowing! Thank you so much Shalondra! I will also be back to see you as soon as I can get away for some ME time!

I came in this afternoon for a facial with Shalonda and it was fantastic. My skin is glowing and hydrated and she was very informative about what she was doing and helpful any time I asked a question. I will definitely be coming back and requesting Shalonda ☺️

I see Cassie for my IPL's. She is so knowledgeable when it comes to the skin. I suffer from rosacea and subasceous hyperplasia. My skin is looking amazing. She got me started on a skin regime also. She'll be doing tattoo laser removal on my eye brows soon. I highly recommend her for any skin concerns or just in general. She'll make your skin radiant! There was no incentive for this review.

They did laser hair removal around my knee and the knee swelled up and was painful for weeks. When I mentioned it to the technician, she said "You are old, and it happens." I am in my early fifties, FYI. Then she called her supervisor, one of the nurses who pretend to be doctors, for her to be confrontational, extremely rude and aggressive, and yelling at me. That was her input and help. I asked for my money back to cancel but they rejected my many requests. I thought about legal actions but then there is no legal punishment for being a mean rude supervisor. Very sad...

This is my happy place. Years ago, I was given a spa day for my birthday, and I have kept going back on a monthly basis since. My spa day consists of a 90 min massage, facial, and pedicure. Get the VIP membership! It's the best thing you can give yourself if you are making this a regular thing for yourself.

My sister-in-law was getting married out here and I had her go to elements to get her hair a makeup done. Makeup was done by Zonya It looked absolutely horrible we had to fix it. I will never refer anyone to this salon again. What a waste of money her hair was alright nothing special and could have been better. Definitely not worth the money at all. I covered her eyes as she’s embarrassed of how she looks. Thanks elements for making her day so special. Your comment is 100% inaccurate. I sent you guys a picture of what she wanted on your cell phone and also when I was there Friday getting my hair done I also showed a picture to the lady 3 times. Also my sister-in-law came into town on Friday if I would have known you done a trial, I would’ve brought her in so please don’t make those inaccurate statements and own up to doing an awful job.

My first time here and everyone was so nice. My stylist Dianne was the best. I will definitely be back
