Elena is very profesional with her work. She takes care of your hair and always provides you the best service. She is very patience, and dedicated with her clients. She is specialized in blond colors never damage ur hair cause she knows what to use and do. I really like this place. Great hair salon and clean place. I give this place a 5 stars.

Once I arrived they took my temperature. They have great care of the customers, everything is disinfected and clean. They’re very careful with social distancing and the staff always disinfects the whole area when done with a client. I felt safe and on the other hand they have amazing customer service and treat everyone kindly. I felt very satisfied with the service received and I really recommend this salon.

This was a terrible experience. Unfortunately Elena was very disrespectful to my mother and I. We had an appointment at 11:30 am on a Saturday. We kept waiting since she had other people that she was working on. We patiently waited until 12:30pm. At that time she told us that she is going to put color for another customer who came way after us. We agreed since she said it takes only 5 min. After 15 min I told her that we've been waiting for 1 hr and 15 min and she said she will be done soon, we waited another 10 min and then decided to leave. I found this very unrespectful and bothersome. She chose to do the color that would pay her more over my Mom's hair cut, a middle-aged lady who's been waiting patiently for more than hour after her appointment. I absolutely don't recommend this salon.
