I had a haircut done by Gabriela November 6 and safe to say it is the worst haircut and service I had ever received. And the reason I’m writing this three months later is because I tried to “give it time to grow out” as she said and I tried to trust her “process” and three months later my hair is atrocious and damaged for who knows how many years until I can grow it out again. I had long, thick, healthy hair when I came in and I asked for a simple trim that is it. Just a couple inches off to prevent split ends. If you are a hair stylist a trim should be the easiest thing to do. I do not know if she was careless because it was “just a trim” or she assumed I was a child and asked where my mom was even though I am a 22 year old woman, regardless you should give every client the best service no matter what it is. I asked her simply for a trim and to NOT thin it out with those scissors and she did exactly the opposite and cut my hair too short and started to thin it out before I knew what was happening and she just said “ trust me it will be good for your hair” even when I asked her not to. That is so downright abusive and disrespectful especially when someone has such thick hair like I did and it will take literally a decade to get it back to where it was if it even does at my age now. And she couldn’t even bother to give me a straight part while she cut my hair. I asked her to part down the middle since that is where I keep my hair and she said no because “when the hair grows it will be uneven “ first of all, that’s not how that works, second if I asked you to part it down the middle, do it because what else am I paying a ridiculous 80 dollars for. So yes now my hair is uneven because she would not part and cut it where I asked her to. And while she was cutting it she couldn’t be bothered to make the part straight as I literally had a jagged part while she cut my hair causing now my hair to be uneven where she would not part it Where I wanted and throughout the back of it due to the jagged part. I am extremely distraught by the damage Gabriela caused to my hair and as a hairstylist you should know that it will take a long time to get my hair back to where it was if it even ever does. I don’t know what I did to deserve bad service from her or if my request was too simple for her. I’m confident I could’ve gone to a barber shop or a great clips and they would’ve done a better job than her.

Gabriela did an amazing Int job with the root touch up colour and blowout styling of my curly hair. I feel like a million dollars thanks to her extra attention and care. Highly recommend her services 10/10 🌟

Like a lot of the other reviews, I appreciated how "at home" I felt the second I walked in the door. I hate going to a new salon.... you never know if you'll get lectured or cajoled into a hairstyle you can't manage without a team of stylists. Gabriela felt like an old friend within minutes and the rest of the staff was great, too. I love my hair - a very rare sensation for me - and I won't hesitate to go back.

I went to this salon to get an updo for homecoming and I walked out the door feeling like a queen. Holly (can't remember the last name) did my hair. She was so nice and made me feel so comfortable! Thanks for the confidence boost!!! (I didn't take a great photo but this is the back!)

My first time coming to this salon was amazing thanks to Holly! 🧡 I enjoyed the fact that she made me feel welcome and comfortable my whole appointment. She also knows what she’s doing and I appreciate her input as far as the cut and style! Definitely will be back with her for my future appointments! 🧡

2023 Review I absolutely love this hair salon and hair stylist Sarah. She did an amazing job with my hair. She knew exactly what I wanted and got it done. Sarah is very friendly and did not mind when i kept asking for more trims to short the bangs. I will see Sarah again for my next haircut. She is an artist with scissors. Update Review 8/29/2024 Today I went for a Wolfcut hairstyle. I was very nervous and scared for trying something new. I have had long hair for 11 years. So going short to my neck was a big risk lol. I went in and the beautiful hairstylist Holly comforted me and was very sweet. She was a new stylist to me and she did a wonderful job. I love my hair cut. She has magic in her hand. Truly transformed my look. I look so much better than I had walked in. So Thank you so much for your outstanding service.

I’m beyond frustrated with this owners response. Maria couldn’t communicate with me! She didn’t say more than 10 words in English to speak with me. That is problematic when you need to be able to communicate what clients want. I love culture and celebrate all cultures. Just because she couldn’t speak to me, doesn’t mean I don’t respect cultures! I absolutely do! I can and do respect her culture, while still expecting her to be able to speak fluently when she is gainfully employed in an English speaking Country. You got a second chance when I came back to make things right. However, through the whole process I was made to feel it was my fault for the result. I was respectful and kind the entire time, but the constant lack of accountability really says a lot. It said I was not respected as a client. You the owner didn’t even come over when I returned to the shop. You knew I came back. Why was it up to me to reach out to you? I’m the client! This is your business and your reputation, not mine! You as the owner needed to take accountability, and speak with me as soon as you knew I came back. Of course the stylist got me right back in! My hair was grey and blue! It was obviously a mistake. Nothing like the picture I brought in. I appreciated her getting me right back in, and even expressed that to her. It was the right thing to do in the situation, not a “favor”. It was just simply the correct and right thing to do. Stay clear! Had an appointment with Maria. Nice lady, but couldn’t really communicate with me. English is not her first language, and there was a very large language barrier. If you are in a service industry, you need to be able to communicate with your clients. The language barrier made it hard to communicate what I wanted. She spoke very little to me, and struggled with the few words she did speak to me. She worked on my hair for 4+ hours!!! I showed her a picture of what I wanted. Bright highlights with lowlights. She turned my hair grey with blue ends! I ended up going right back in to have toner reapplied to warm it up. The other stylists did help me, as Maria was already with another client. However, the other stylist told me that the grey wasn’t really grey (it was). That it would have washed out in 2-3 washes, and sometimes you get perfect pieces, and not so perfect pieces due to how the hair pulls color. Ummm… What? No! When I walk out of a salon, I really expect all parts of my hair to look good! How about, I’m sorry for the outcome, and we will make it right! End of story! Maria ended up finishing me, but she didn’t speak to me at all! Just spoke Spanish to her co-workers! She didn’t apologize either. The owner was apparently made aware of the situation, and was in at the time. The owner never came to speak to me or apologize! If I were the owner, I would have given a coupon for 10% off a product, or service for future use! Something to act as if my business meant anything to them! It didn’t! I honestly wasn’t impressed with any of the stylists offering coloring services that day. I will not be back! Save your time and money!

I am usually very nervous to get my hair cut from someone the first time because they always seem to cut my hair off. I have very fine hair so if you cut off an inch it looks like 10. The stylist listened to what I wanted and cut my hair perfectly. I was so pleased with my hair. I am going back to get highlights. I really like the atmosphere and the way they listen to you and cut your hair the way you wanted it. My haircut came out way better than I had expected. I would give it a 5 star bit thumbs up!

I found Lisa thru a reference but was convinced after seeing all her reviews! She’s amazing, knows how to color exactly what you want and is very knowledgeable about hair in general! She also cuts amazing as well! She is now our go-to stylist! Highly recommended!

I went in with terrible box dyed hair and Jena literally fixed it and gave me the perfect color I wanted my hair has never looked better she is the best, so talented and kind! Pricing is also super good and was more than worth it. (Pics are the before and after)

Sarah is a master of her profession. She has been doing my hair for a while now and I wouldn’t trust anyone else! She is an amazing colorist and stylist. Highly recommend!!!
