I'm blown away by my experience at Elevate Headspa! As someone who's never been a fan of body massages, I was excited to try something focused on my head. Tracy was warm and welcoming from the moment we met. Her cozy space felt like a cozy retreat, and her expertise in scalp care was incredibly impressive. What really stood out, though, was her genuine care and attention to detail. For the first time in ages, I felt my mind and body truly relax. The hour flew by, and I was amazed to find myself completely zen. Tracy's passion for her work shines through, and her commitment to sourcing products from local, woman-owned businesses is amazing. If you're looking for a unique and transformative experience, look no further than Elevate Headspa. Tracy is a true gem, and I couldn't recommend her more! I did the 1 hour head spa with a facial and blow dry. I will be back soon.

My sisters and I drove from RVA excited to try out a head spa, something we had been coveting on social media. It exceeded all of our expectations! Tracey is so warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. I really wish she was closer but will definitely be making the trip again in the future because I enjoyed it so much!

I recently visited Elevate Headspa and had such a relaxing experience. The atmosphere was calming, and I really appreciated Tracy’s recommendations she gave regarding my hair and she thoroughly answered any and all questions i had. If you're looking for a rejuvenating headspa experience, I highly recommend Elevate. It’s definitely worth the visit! I will definitely be coming again soon!

Tracy was amazing! We drove all the way from Richmond and it was worth the trip! Very relaxing and my scalp is beyond clean! I am so impressed with her service and can’t wait to come back! She was nice enough to let us use her hair dryer. Go get a headspa, you will not regret it! Thank you so much Tracy!!

I was so excited to find out about this head spa. This is one of the most relaxing spas I’ve ever been too. Not only are you sent into a pure state of relaxation, but you are also given guidance on future self treatment. I also had a facial during my scalp treatment and I left with the most hydrated and glowing skin.

Great experience overall. I typically am not a fan of massages but this was an experience I absolutely enjoyed. It was so relaxing and a wonderful way to end the week. Tracy answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Book now because Tracy does tend to get booked quickly!

An Incredible, Rejuvenating Experience! I had the most amazing experience. The head massage was heavenly—perfectly tailored to release tension, and left my scalp feeling refreshed and renewed. I also loved the nourishing hair treatment, which left my hair feeling soft, shiny, and healthy. I left feeling deeply relaxed and refreshed, both physically and mentally. I’ve been looking for a Headspa to try it out since it’s become popular on social media. I came across Elevate Headspa in Charlottesville and decided to treat myself to the 90 min experience. It was AMAZING! I had the most comfortable and relaxing experience and I will definitely return. The owner was knowledgeable and explained what she was doing, but also allowed me to relax and nearly fall asleep. She gave recommendations for how to treat my hair. I can’t recommend Elevate Headspa enough!!

I visited Elevate Headspa on my birthday, and it was the perfect gift! I’ve been waiting for a headspa to open in Charlottesville for years, so I booked right away. Tracy was incredibly kind and easy-going, which made me feel comfortable throughout the experience. I did the 90-minute headspa and facial, and it was fantastic. Seeing the buildup on my scalp under the microscope was so gross, and after the treatment, my hair feels noticeably softer, looks shinier, and is more manageable. My hair smells great even after a wash and a full day later! One small thing I appreciated was that there was NO upcharge for long hair! Many other salons/spas add significant fees for waist-length hair like mine. Plus size girl approved! For transparency, I’m around 260 pounds and it can be intimidating to enter new spa environments without knowing if they’re size-inclusive. Tracy made me feel comfortable and is committed to creating a size inclusive spa environment. Additionally, I know many of us worry about the strength and stability of spa beds; the bed felt sturdy overall, with only slight squeaking as I got on and off, and it was a decent length and width for comfort. For anyone looking to relax and rejuvenate, I highly recommend visiting Elevate Headspa. While I try to do clarifying washes, masks, and oils at home, nothing compares to the professional tools and products they have. I’d go every week if I could!

I wasn't sure what to expect, but this was one of the most relaxing experiences I've had in a long time. I'd love to describe it more, but I fell asleep. So I’ve been wanting to try out a head spa for ages and there was nothing close to me. When I found this one opened about an hour away I was stoked and booked immediately! I booked the 60 minute head spa with hydrogelly mask. The space is really relaxing and inviting. First I sat down and we looked at my scalp with the microscope which I thought was super interesting. Then I got situated on the spa table and between the bed warmer, the cozy blankets, and the bolster under my knees I was in cozy town. Started off with the head spa. This was lovely and everything smelled amazing and fresh. There were several steps to this. The facial part was also super relaxing. My face has been very dry so figured this would be nice. I kind of thought it would be just a mask but it was more of a mini facial with the warm towels and whatnot included. I have fairly moderate anxiety and have a very hard time relaxing. I told Tracy that was the most relaxed I had been in probably over a year. I love that she uses a local women owner business for the products and she was happy to recommend anything to me! I will definitely be recommending this to friends!

The experience was so calming, so relaxing that I actually do not know if I fell asleep. Upon entering the relaxation room, Tracey explained what to expect. Her instruction was concise, and her presence was a calming one. For someone who tends to bottle his stress, this was an incredible way to allow myself a chance to relax and my mind to run blank. With the first pass of the warm water, I immediately fell into a bit of a stupor. I now completely understand why my dog enjoys head scratches so much. The hour passed by more quickly than a late fall sunset. The cold breeze that awaited me upon leaving the spa was met with a freshened sense of peace. This will surely not be the last time I visit. And for those remarkably masculine men who balk at the idea of an hour-long scalp massage, you're missing out. I'm not saying that it will regrow your hair but it will certainly give those follicles a reason to stick around!

An experience like no other!!! I didn’t really know what I was signing up for when I made the appointment but so glad I got to experience this. Tracy is so kind and explained everything in great detail. I was having lower back issues during the treatment and she paused to help add pillows to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying the experience. Every product she used smelled like heaven and my hair was so soft afterwards. Will definitely be coming back and encourage anyone who is considering making an appointment to do so!

Sooo relaxing, and so needed! This was genuinely one of the best things that I have ever done for myself. I have been so incredibly stressed, and Tracy made it all melt away. Loved, loved, loved my experience with Tracy at Elevate Head Spa! I booked the 90 min scalp treatment with facial and it was pure bliss. My hair and scalp felt so healthy afterward. And the aromatherapy during the session was amazing. Highly recommend and will be planning another appointment soon!
