Best value massage in Dallas by a mile. Angie at the front is so sweet and every masseuse I’ve had has been great. Love the convenience of this location and how easy it is to book. My appointments here keep my body in check and really help relieve my tightness and get better sleep. Lots of availability and open pretty late which is so nice for a post workout/pre bed massage.

I love my body contour massages with my girl Angela! She’ll get you right every time! Her hands are so soft and gentle and relaxing. She is very warm and personable and always makes me feel so welcome when I walk into the building and during and after my appointment as well. I have been seeing her for my massages for almost a year now and I could not recommend her enough! I’m already looking forward to my next appointment! And the results from her body contour massages are phenomenal. I notice the differences in tone and muscle definition on my stomach especially when it’s a few days after my appointment. Definitely book with Angela, you won’t be disappointed!

Julie has really helped my nagging ankle and calf problems, she is the best masseuse I’ve worked with and is extremely thorough and able to find all of my tight areas. She’s helped me tremendously with my flexibility and I appreciate her strength and percision to really work out any muscle and trigger point issues. Don’t go to her if you want just a relaxing spa like massage. She is very clinical and will help you if you have real goals for massage therapy. She is stronger than most male masseuses I’ve had in the past.

UPDATE: FRONT DESK ADDED ***NON TIPPER** TO MY NAME AND WAS SENT IN AN EMAIK TO ME. After I left, they asked if I wanted to leave a tip, and I said no because of the experience I had. After I left, I received an email and saw that someone at the desk added non tipper to my name. I called and told them they were not entitled to a tip, especially after bad service, and that it was very unprofessional of them, and that I’d like to talk to the manager. The person who wanted the phone claimed she had no idea who did it. I was just there 20 mins prior, and there were only two people at the desk. I was told the manager would call me that same day (the appointment was only for 1pm) and I didn’t get a call back. I called closer to the end of the day, and was told that the manager left and would call me the following week. I used to be happy coming here and now will tell my friends to never come. I’ve booked here multiple times before and have been able to use the service for other friends in the past. I was never told this was against the rules. Today, I brought a guest and was informed that their policy wouldn’t let me do it and had to pay a fee or accept a no show fee (which would have been $65). I was okay with paying the guest fee, but it took forever to be able to because I had to play a game of telephone between the receptionist, Illiana, and a virtual manager, Jacob. He gaslighted me and was completely rude and didn’t care because I booked on ClassPass. The receptionist didn’t even know how to work the square machine for me to pay the fee with. My guest didn’t start until almost 15 mins after the appointment time and would not be given more time to make up for it. I are if there was another manager on site, or where he was located so that I could talk to someone in person, and was just told it was none of my business. unprofessional and ruined the experience. I imagine that even if they do see this review they will try to gaslight me again or not even respond.

Thank you, Joy, for the much-needed relief. I have been to this location several times and have had great massages, but today Joy surpassed all expectations. She was very attentive and listened to my body to ensure the maximum relief in just one session.

Elevate fires out text messages with promo offers (see attached). It has no specifics in it except that because its the 4th, you will get a discount! I go ahead and book my favorite masseuse Joe. I get into the store on the day of the appointment and I find that I have been rebooked to a junior massage therapist without mention. No heads up. No communication. Although the jr. therapist was friendly, she was not able to handle my ailement. To Management: I would not have written this review, and I will delete when I hear back from someone in a leadership position at the store. At the time of the issue, I spoke with the front desk girl who had zero authority and was unable to provide any satisfactory answers. Just a blank stare and questions....LAME

I had an anti-stress massage with Joy for knots in my shoulders & neck and some tension in my legs and it was INCREDIBLE! Joy would explain all the movements she was doing to really dig out my knots and even recommended stretches and exercises that I could do on my own time. On top of that, she even noticed I had a prior knee injury because of the tension in my legs and worked out the tension really well. I could tell she knew what she was doing because of how much she knew and how well she did. After the session with her l felt so light and was able to move freely! I will definitely be coming again for Joy and would highly recommend anyone to ask for her!

The massage itself was great. However, I was charged multiple times for one session. I had to call multiple times about the issue since I was told the manager would contact me and never would. I emailed proof of the charges as requested, and they never confirmed they received it. I wasn’t getting any update on the matter. Then, the receptionist hung up on me when I asked for a name for my credit card dispute with my bank. Overall, poor service and communication

Went in for a massage this afternoon, and Joy helped relieve a lot of the tension that had built up in my legs (I have been training for a half marathon lately). I was impressed with Joy’s level of technicality such as stretching my leg while applying pressure to create a release. I would highly recommend asking for her if you come in.

I have been coming here for about a year now. They are top notch place for a quick massage. I have only had great massages here with every staff member I’ve had. But today, I had Rebecca and it was one of the best massages of my life. So good!

I just had a deep tissue massage with Rebecca and it was incredible! 10/10!!!!! She also took the time to discuss stretches with me and helped me with some ideas on how to sit / better my posture. You can tell she is passionate about what the does! I’ll be back!

I recently had a massage with Rebecca which was great. She helped me with a long-term injury I've been having. I usually go to someone who I also think is great. I'm bad with names, but she is relatively new since I started within the last 6ish months. Overall enjoy this place. A little less glamorous and spa-like but the massage is always top notch.

Super sweet and friendly staff, was super scared to do my very first cryotherapy slimming but they made the experience super easy and comfortable. They also did an amazing job at explaining the benefits and the actual science behind it. If you considering cryotherapy, I rate a 10/10 recommend.

I would not recommend this company. I saw that they had bad reviews. So I knew I was taking a chance anyway. I had to reschedule my appointment. Unfortunately , I was only able to schedule it twenty three hours in advance because they don't answer their phone. They wanted to charge me a late fee and I said just cancel my appointment. Mind you, I'd already put a deposit down which they will be keeping. I feel that it's for the best anyway as I was not confident in their abilities. They are not professional, they are not customer service-oriented, they are not properly trained to do cryo, they're not worth your time!

If you’re interested in the BEST, most thoughtful deep tissue massage go to Jasmine or Nicole! A weekly massage is providing relief to my lower back issues. I just got back from a week in CO hiking at elevations and I felt excellent.

My massage session with Joy was AMAZING! I came in for the anti stress massage due to pain in my neck and shoulders. Joy assessed me and recommended that I upgrade to a deep tissue massage. It did not disappoint. She really worked out the kinks in my neck and explained the movements she was doing. After leaving, I am able to move my neck freely with no pain which I haven’t been able to do for years. I will definitely be back and if you come, ask for Joy. You will not regret it!
