I have been going to Elevate Medical Spa quite a while, but my usual location is in Plant City where I see Chelsea Johnson, Medical Esthetician. I have had various treatments done including Hydrafacials, micro needling and peels. She has made my skin feel and look so healthy. Due to my son's wedding coming up in April, I wanted to look and feel more youthful for this special occasion. After consulting with Chelsea and Julia Irbyy, APRN in regards to the best treatment options and what results should I expect to see, I decided to do the Moxi and BBL laser for my face, neck and chest. I also decided to the Sculptra injection to help stimulate collagen production. Julia and Chelsea came up with a 4-6 month treatment plan to include these services as well as doing micro needling and hydrafacials with a light peel. I took advantage of the Black Friday Special they offered and saved quite a bit of money by buying several different packages. I had the Moxi and BBL laser treatment done at the Tampa office in January and I love the results. I was plagued with acne scars from my youth and I have noticed such a great improvement with the texture of my skin. Today I went to the Plant City office and had the Sculptra injections done and I absolutely feel it will definitely improve the texture even more and help with the droopy jowls. Julia took such great care in explaining each procedure. She also made sure I was comfortable with the slight discomfort I did experience with each procedure. She gave me detailed instructions for my after care which I followed carefully to get the best results. I highly recommend Chelsea and Julia to take care of any of your skin care needs. Erin is the manager at the Plant City location and she is so sweet. The receptionists are very pleasant and are always offering refreshments to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I had a great time visiting Elevate Med Spa for my appointment. The nurse (or injector, I don’t know what is the best term for that) was pretty awesome. She was very sincere and was definitely not a money grab trying to sell you services that you don’t need, and you can tell she was very well knowledgeable professional, recommending me the correct services for what I actually need.

I was really nervous to get any lip filler but i ended up having a consultation, then booked the actual injections and I am so happy I did!! Erin is so sweet and amazing she made my experience so enjoyable and is so talented! The results were amazing too I feel like a new person! I got a .5ml syringe and it was just enough for my lips. I totally recommend this place to anyone!! The environment is better than any med spa i’ve been to, plus it’s adorable inside!

Lovely facility and staff. So relaxing and welcoming. I have had Julia do my treatments for years and I could never go to another provider. She knows my skin and advises me and educates me in what the best treatment is for my skin. My skin has never looked better and I’am 70 years old!! She is always so kind and compassionate I just love her to pieces!! If you are looking for great laser, filler or Botox, Julia is your girl!!

With so many med spas in central Florida, what makes elevate different? - welcoming, unpretentious staff - gorgeous office aesthetics - knowledgable providers - spa menu offerings - the respect the team has for you as the client I have visited a lot of med spas but walking into elevate is an entirely different experience. From the moment you walk in the door, the staff at the front desk make you feel so welcome - like they're genuinely happy to see you and to serve you, not that I should feel grateful or lucky to be there. They have snacks and water and coffee and tea, and the office is appointed beautifully and smells so good. My absolute favorite provider is Julia Irby. I'm the kind of person that asks a LOT of questions, and I want to know every detail about what I'm doing before I do it. Julia is so patient with me, explaining the science and medicine behind different treatment options, helping me understand the difference between them, explaining how to choose the timing for laser treatments, and she even patiently and graciously walks through the pricing of everything to help me decide what is the best use of my money. As a client and patient, I feel so grateful for the respect with which she treats me. Aesthetic spa treatments are a tricky thing, right? Nobody needs them to survive, but more than anything it's not about changing how you look but changing how you see yourself. I walk out of elevate feeling more confident and self-assured, and honestly it has less to do with treatment and more to do with how Julia and the elevate staff make me feel about myself. THAT is what really makes elevate different, and I'm so grateful.

Absolutely love the team at Elevate. I had my lips done by Tristan and she is 100% the best in Tampa. She gave my lips the perfect shape and made them hydrated and plump. Erin was also amazing. She did my tox treatment and she perfectly mapped out my face before the injections. The team is overall extremely knowledgeable and they take their time with their clients. I appreciate a place that isn’t there just to make a sale but to actually work with you and see what is best. 10/10 recommend!!!

I got a lip flip here and my injector Alyssa was super knowledgeable and made me feel super comfortable. It was my first time doing any injectables but elevate made the process super simple and worry free. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking to get any injectables in the Tampa area!
