Its a great place if you want to spend 250.00 for a not so good haircut, even after they quoted you 175.00 highlights with cut. Plus having to go through 15 or more phone calls just to get a first time appointment, to only be greeted by someone who was taking my " hairdressers" place that day, because she was sick. They couldn't call to tell me know that, or that they'd all been sick. Please be more couteous about calling your customers and if you don't want to do their hair, please let them know the first time they call, so they don't waste their time and money. Way over priced for the customer service and services..

I had my hair done by Samantha. She was awesome! Super sweet & at ease. Fun & easy to talk to, and made sure we were on the same page with what was being done and my expectations. She was fast- even with my long hair, lol. After she styled my hair in my request, what i call ‘mom curls’, 😆 I left feeling refreshed & excited with my new colors!

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. I was hardly greeted at the door or spoken to. Not a welcoming place. I showed photos and described what I wanted (I wanted a chin-length bob with layers and curtain bangs). She barely cut my hair, took forever going over the same places making really small cuts. I had to keep asking for it to be shorter. No layers or thinning like we talked about. Then she curled it? To hide a bad cut. Kept blowing hot air in my ear when she was blow drying. I felt like she had no clue what she was doing. Mackenzie Meetze. Clearly right out of school with no ambition of being better. My hair is uneven all the way around. Sorry. Won’t be coming back.

This was my second time coming to Elevate Salon, I was immediately greeted at the door with a big smile, my stylist, Mackenzie Meetze did an excellent job at my hair. I’ve seen her twice now with a full highlight, my hair has never looked better.

kelsey was wonderful! my favorite blonding in a very long time—she got the tone and brightness literally perfect. i’ve always been blonde and finding that stylist who can get your tone just right can be tough. not to mention finding someone who doesn’t destroy your hair. the salon is cozy and comfy, too. 10/10 recommend.

I had a great cut and color with Samantha Hernandez who understood what I wanted as far as a cut while also guiding me through the nuances of dimensional color. Samantha has a great deal of knowledge related to hair color. She is an excellent listener and offers suggestions without overwhelming the customer. I was looking for a stylist a few years ago, and it was by pure luck that I found Kelsey. I hit the jackpot with her. She is a wonderful stylist. My hair was a mess, and she helped bring it back to life. Kelsey is always so welcoming and easy to talk to. The salon is adorable and inviting. Every time I leave, I feel renewed.

I went to Elevate Salon a few weeks ago for the first time and had my hair done by Savannah. I have been to a few other salons in Lexington and Columbia over the past year (since moving here) and I can honestly say that my experience at Elevate Salon was by far the best compared to the other salons. Booking the appointment was easy. When I got there I was greeted with a smile and they asked if I wanted something to drink. The overall appearance of the salon was so cute and I loved the atmosphere. When I sat down in the chair and met Savannah, I knew right away that we would click. She has a great personality and was so easy to talk to. In my opinion, this is important especially if you’re sitting in the chair for a couple of hours. Savannah executed my requests perfectly. I have natural red hair and I like to get balayage done for more dimension. The blonde tones she picked were perfect and looked so natural! The cut was perfect as well! Overall the experience was great and I will definitely be back to see Savannah in the future. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone!

Both experienced I’ve had here have been wonderful! Marina really helped me figure out what I wanted and gave great suggestions. Kelsey also gave me exactly what I wanted and I loved how my hair turned out! My hair has never looked better. A very comfortable environment and I will definitely keep coming back.

Brittany did an amazing job on my hair. My hair is THICK and it was down to my lower back. I wanted a change and asked her to cut it off. She's the first person I've ever had do my hair that didn't try to talk me out of a shorter hair cut. I told her I wanted it short and I want full highlights. I had a Christmas party for work that evening so she went ahead and styled it too. I got SO many compliments. She will definitely be my forever hair girl as long as she works there!

I’ve been going to Dale ever since she fixed a disaster highlighting job that I got from another salon. She’s super professional and very knowledgeable. It’s nice to have someone who you can tell to “cut whatever you think needs to be cut off” and actually have them not butcher it! She does an amazing job with my color and trims!

Marina never fails to deliver in her services. She goes over and beyond what I ask for when getting my hair cut and colored. I love that she cares about the health of my hair and making sure I understand what products work best. Went to get a layered haircut that was already spoilt by another salon, she barely cut my hair and charged $40, not sure for what. Like I could not tell any difference before and after. Never going there again!!
