I had chronic back pain for over 5 years and finally found Gabriel. I saw him TWICE and did the exercises at home each day and my back pain is finally gone! Literally feels like a miracle. If you have back pain, please try him out! I went from seeing a chiropractor every week to now barely seeing one at all. I’ve saved sooo much money, time, and physical pain! Highly recommend

Working with Gabriel has helped me to understand causes of and relieve my chronic pain. I am now attending his somatic movement class. Learning to relax & contract muscles some of which have been ‘dormant’ for years!

I have been through a few sessions with Gabriel and am thrilled with the progress we have made together! I have had low back and neck pain that I had just resolved myself to living with. After suffering from right shoulder pain for several months that has been getting worse, I was treated via a Zoom session by Gabriel. I am just amazed at the difference one hour brought as he guided me through various movements for my shoulder. Before the session I had sharp pain if I was to extend my arm back and to the right especially. After the session, the pain had disappeared! I had resigned myself to going to a surgeon and at least getting an MRI and possibly surgery. To feel such quick relief through a non-invasive means is wonderful! I highly recommend Elevated Somatics!

Im an Arborist and have dealt with inflammation and muscle pains from my work for about 2 years. I've had 4 or 5 sessions with Gabriel and he has really helped with my arm, shoulder and back pain. His somatic movement sessions help my body but also help to clear my mental cobwebs. I look forward to continue working with him in the future!

I worked with Gabriel on biofeedback training and it changed my life for the better. I suffered from severe anxiety and panic disorder and did not want to go the route my mom chose , which was medication. I learned that I could control so many physical and mental responses in my body through proper breathing and thinking. And the proof was in the data he provides. Gabriel is amazing at what he does, he is calm and person to work with and I’m so thankful for the tools he’s given me.
