A $90 pedicure by someone who was clearly new to performing the service. She did not know how to polish and said there was no callus on my OLD foot. There has always been callus on my feet. Also the HEALTH INSPECTOR came during my visit and all I can say is, the way the entire shop behaved when the health inspector showed up… I will not be back.

My experience was awesome. It was my first time coming to The Salon traveling from Atlanta Ga and I was greeted with Warm smile, and they were very talented to my needs. The lady who did my pedicure was very professional, and my nails were perfect. And to top it off, I got a quick weave installed by Keisha and I was very satisfied. I recommend this place to anyone looking for professionalism attention to detail, warm and friendly faces and get your moneys worth by getting quality work done.. Excellent job ladies you have a repeat customer now!😍

Would not recommend. The nail technician made my toe bleed when cutting my cuticle not once but twice. Answered her phone several times while doing my nails which I find unprofessional. Paint job was mediocre. Did not get any scrub on my hands and the scrubbing in my legs were very rushed.

Will NEVER go back for all of these reasons: 1. They charged $15 to remove my dip powder on top of the $48 manicure cost. (This was not disclosed) 2. Charged $7 to shape my nails (I requested oval- the same shape I came in with) 3. Charged a $3 convenience fee that they couldn’t tell me what it was for 4. Charged my friend $20 for French tip 4. Took almost 2 hours for a simple dip powder manicure 5. Barely any colors to choose from with the dip powder 6. The lady was very rough using a hard brush to buff my nails and my fingers were red and very sore afterwards 7. She cut my nail before even asking if I wanted them shortened

What incredible amazing experience everything was so great very nice people bilingual from different nationality. It was just a great environment very comfortable chair. It’s not that massage but I got a great foot massage by Lydia she was incredible with my hands in my feet very very attentive to be honest one of the nicest second Dominicans I’ve met and she did a great job. I said I wanted it bangs and she knew the assignment. She did a great job. This is my two factors and I have one after that that’s today this morning when I woke up.

Overpriced as heck every little thing you get is taxed just to remove nails or acrylic overlay is 20 I had my nails removed and acrylic taken off my toes and it was 40 total !!! Then French is 20 additional to what you already paying for the set itself it’s cute and all but I’ve went to better places and paid less for what I got I won’t be going back here I paid 240 just for take off and short set 😂 and they didn’t even shape the nails correct either my hair cost about that much Ts is ridiculous I DO NOT RECOMMEND ALSO THEY DONT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH ONLY ONE PERSON DOES SO IF SHE NOT THERE YOU JUST OUT OF LUCK

I usually get pedicures here but they have changed owners. Yesterday I got a pedicure and the new owners are not fluent in English so there was a language barrier but the lady who did my pedicure spoke no English at all. Additionally she cut the side of my toe and it was bleeding. I had to point to it to bring to her attention. She kept working like she didn’t see it. Finally after ignoring it and filing the other nails she put that liquid stuff on it and it burned a little. This morning the toe is hurting and throbbing. I will not recommend this salon. I understand and strongly believe in supporting minority businesses being a minority myself, however, please find a way to provide effective communication with your customers. I will be going to my doctor now. So I paid for a pedicure to send me to a doctor. SMH.

Ask for Elena! You can book online via their website which is awesome. Elena was carefully detailed with each nail and ensured I got what I was wanting. She even broke down the price for me at the end. 10/10 Will be returning

I tried this spot out on a whim because I was no longer satisfied with the service I was receiving from my regular nail salon and WHEW what a difference ! I love the atmosphere, they have a great variety of colors to choose from, and my toes look AMAZING! A lot of places only care about the aesthetics and not the customer service but Elevation Nails gives you both! I highly recommend this place.

My appointment was at 9am but I got there early and was seated right away. I was offered a beverage and made small talk. The technician Katherine was fabulous! She prepped my nails perfectly, no pain, or bleeding! I was able to enjoy my relaxing time and watch some TV as well. I think they came out amazing 🔥 I also added two jewels myself, just because that's what I like to do on my own but her art work is amazing too. I will be back and will see Katherine again. 😁

Chelsea did a great job on my nails, however the staff that did my eyebrows did not do a good job. She told me to wait until night time to wipe my eyebrows off with water, well most of the tint came off. Also this same individual tried to charge me more twice giving me higher totals. My eyebrows tint being half done was not worth $50. Again Chelsea did great and I will continue services with her.

I only chose one star to share my opinion. My experience was horrible. I took time out to schedule an appointment. However, upon arriving, the nail tech was not there, and I would need to wait an hour to be served by someone else. I do not recommend this nail salon.

I was really excited to make this, my home nail salon until I soaked off a set I had had for a while that I had got filled with them. It took over an hour to soak off my nails, and that’s when I realized that they use MMA, which is a banned substance. A lot of salons use it because it keeps the nails on longer but it’s also illegal in the United States. I’m extremely upset because it should never take this long to soak off nails.

My partner and I used to love this place. It was PREVIOUSLY Black-owned. It was VIBRANT; engaging, clean, with good prices, good work, good vibes, good people, all around a good energy. Unfortunately, under the new management, this salon has taken a turn for the worse. It is unsanitary, disengaging, and overpriced. After my last two experiences, I am sad to say that I will not return. This is truly a loss for the community - what happened??

They quoted me a price over the phone if 55.00 for a full set and gel. Once I got there, I got a full set, pink acrylic, and clear polish. The price went to 68.00. I told her I didn't mind paying it, but I needed an explanation of why the price increased and I did not get a color gel. She said she did not charge me for the pink acrylic. I will not be returning.

Worst nail experience ever. I spent 1.5 hours on a service that should of took 30 minutes. Overpriced. It hurt the whole time during the cuticle removal process of the manicureThe lady doing my nails didn't even put lotion on my hands for 'spa manicure' and there's literal residue of her red polish all over my hands. Not to mention my nails are all shaped different... some are round, some are square and some I don't even know what they are. Don't recommend, waste of money and waste of time. I could of done a better job myself.
