Testing my luck to get a response. My husband bought the Groupon for me without me knowing and we have not had any luck with getting a refund from Groupon or being able to make an appointment. He tried calling the number ending in 5886 and left a voice mail with no luck. If there's a way to make an appointment, my email address is my 1st and last name @Gmail. Thanks!

Purchased a Groupon for this place. Called 3x over a week, left 2 voicemails and sent a text trying to book an appointment. Didn’t ever get a response. [Update w/ comments to your response] It’s interesting how quickly you can respond to a public review yet not to any of the previous messages or my last call which was just yesterday. Unless you conveniently got out of the hospital this morning and thought I better respond to Google reviews before I do anything else. Also, if you check Yelp you’ll see I’m not the first one who purchased a Groupon from you but could never get a hold of you to redeem it.

My husband tried to surprise me with a massage on my birthday and called 3 weeks prior to schedule- he left 3 voicemails with a callback number each time, and is out $100 now because no one will call back.

Emmy is rude, unprofessional and I would never pay to have a massage by her. After being rescheduled once, I show up for my appointment the next day, BEFORE her. She was instantly rude and interrogating me in the hall before I even got into the room. Don’t waste your money. I refunded my Groupon. Sorry that I smelled like work, I am a grow manager for a medical dispensary. (In response to you saying nothing makes me happy, I’m surprised you didn’t notice that I have posted a ton of 5 star reviews. When they are deserved. Unlike you.)

Emmy was responsive to the massage I asked for. One of the best massages I've had so far! The office was very clean, quaint, and very relaxing. Great location in quiet building right downtown.

I have been seeing Emmy for 6 years. She has “magic hands” and has kept me Pain Free. Emmy really is careful to ensure her space is safe during COVID. She is friendly and courteous. I have sent lots of friends her way. She gives amazing massages.

This was an easy review. My husband and I just had a couples massage, but it was only Emmy. She did fantastic. We didn’t mind it was back to back. She made me aware up front of the special circumstances. She’s a lovely person. We loved the massage, the pressure was perfect. We will be back for sure!

Emily was amazing. Took great care to ensure my comfort by explaining everything before she proceeded. Cleanliness was beyond standards for COVID care. All in all a wonderful experience. I had hadn't had a massage in 35 years. I will be back.. Highly recommend.

Emmy and Barbara are absolutely amazing! I've only had a few massages in my life, and have had trouble with committing to regular massages, but this time was completely different! I was very impressed with Emmy and knew I'd be making regular visits before she was even done with the massage. My wife feels the same about Barbara, and we'll both be coming back regularly. They worked us very well, and it's very relaxing. I 100% recommend them!!

Emmy was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and comfortable to be around. She asked a lot of questions regarding where I was hurting, and completely addressed those area's. I bought a Groupon over a month ago. I have tried to reach out to the business and have called 4 times within the past two weeks, I've left 2 voicemails and sent out several emails. My Groupon will soon expire and now I've wasted money trying to get an appointment with no luck or answer nor have I gotten a returned phone call.

My husband and I had a couple massage and it was AMAZING! Barbra worked on me while Emmy worked on my husband. It was a wonderful experience. We were first timers so they guided us beautifully through the process. I was so relaxed afterwards that I became emotional and they made me feel so comfortable. We have booked another appointment and will be making massage a monthly date on our calender.

What a wonderful experiance!! Emmy is fantastic and her skills are beyond exceptional. I work construction and have a problem with my hands falling asleep at night. After just an hour under hands I slept through the night with no numbness. I can not thank them enough. My wife and I now have a standing monthly appointment with them.

My husband and I just did a couples massage and it was wonderful! The space is so cozy! I had Barbara and she seemed to know exactly what my muscles needed. She was great about checking in to make sure the deep tissue massage I asked for wasn't too much. It was relaxing and therapeutic and I haven't felt this great in a long time! My husband had Emmy and she was just as fantastic as the other reviewers have said. We definitely recommend a massage here!

Emmy was very nice and knew what she was doing. She took the time to ask if I wanted talking or no talking - which was really appreciated. Both my husband and I got massages and she had a waiting room with aromatherapy while we waited for each other. I will definitely go back.
