AJ is fantastic, and the other team members have super happy customers as well. The salon is beautiful. Parking is free, which is unheard of in Midtown!!! 11 Hair Salon is the best!!

Awesome place to get your haircut. Got a trim from Jamie and weeks later my hair still looks amazing. The way she cut my hair really brings out my wavy texture as well. Stephanie did my mom’s hair and it was gorgeous. Very clean, professional, knowledgeable, and affordable. Will definitely schedule my next trim here with the same person.

I had an awesome experience with Stefanie. She was great about listening to what I wanted and delivering. I got balayage, toner, haircut and a blowout for $275 before tip. I would recommend her to anyone looking for that great natural blonde look.

I requested Blonde highlights to Match the Blonde ones I already had. Instead the stylist Stephanie decided to use a warmer approach type of highlights and warmer toner. Now My Hair color has turned into brassy (Orange) type of color. When I explained to her that that wasn't the color I requested she justified her decision as a lack of communication. Nevertheless, she charged me the full amount and did not offer to correct her mistake. Horrible experience! I work on camera, and had to cancel a photo shooting. My advice: Look for another place. You can't trust your hair to people that won't assume their responsibility, and charge you for their mistakes. My name is Magda and I have evidence of my appointment and payment confirmation.

I suffered there too. If you can't afford lawsuits don't risk it. The owner AJ; horrible person. By all means no personal info. He makes you feel he is a shifty criminal and dares calumniates against you. What is he really capable of. Record all conversations. He responded to my review, not posting as he really is since this goes public.

It costed a bit more than I expected, however, the price is absolutely worth it! I haven't been able to take care of my hair the past 7 months, and I wanted to get the bleached blond look I loved back. I felt like they were taking care of my hair properly, and the extra money they charged was understandable considering how long it had been and how much work needed to be done. They were extra careful with my damaged hair and cleaned everything up nicely. I definitely plan on coming here again!

Tiffany did such a great job on my hair! I came in unsure of what I wanted, half a description and a variety of pictures in mind, and left feeling great! She is a master of her craft and lets the work speak for itself. :)

Will definitely be returning in the future! I have gotten my hair colored 4 times, and Budi is 1 of 2 stylists who actually gave me the color I wanted (and without a picture needed)! He was so pleasant to talk to and took great care in his work. He gave my hair a much needed cut, and I’ve gotten a ton of compliments ever since. Edit: Went back a second time and Budi killed it again! Perfect cut and color! Edit 2: Budi is no longer there so I saw AJ instead. This place gets it perfect every time!

Budi did a great job styling my shoulder length hair into an updo. 5000 bobby-pins later, (lol)and a lot of hair spray, I had a very sophisticated and beautiful up-do. Budi would definitely be my stylist if I lived in the area. He is easy to talk with, has a great sense of humor and is very professional. (Not to forget- he is a fabulous hairdresser)

Came here right before graduation because of good reviews. Unfortunately, my haircut was okay but Katrina was careless and absolutely ruined the line of my years-long undercut. I don’t even know how to fix it.

I loved everything about Eleven Hair Salon - the location (parking nearby, the friendly staff, clean establishment, etc). Katrina (my stylist) did a great job with my keratin treatment and made what is normally a long and sometimes tedious process, quite enjoyable. I plan on getting future keratin treatments here and I may just have everything done at this salon. Once again - so glad I found this salon!!

Katrina is easily the best stylist I've ever had! So far I've had 2 appointments with her for highlights and a cut. She actually cares about the health of my hair and helping me accomplish my long term hair goals while also giving me amazing style! Love my new highlights <3

LOVE my hair by Amanda!!! I was fully prepared for her to kick me out of the building when I said I wanted to balayage my recently dyed black-brown hair, but she didn't. She looked at my reference picture, talked about what would be realistic for me, and KILLED IT. I love my haircut and color, so summery and so close to my reference picture. I'm in love. Thank you Amanda!!! and thank you for all of the wonderful food/neighborhood suggestions. :)

The atmosphere in Salon Eleven is professional, simple and inviting. I am beyond picky with where I do my hair, but I recently moved to Atlanta and gave this salon a shot. Since then, I have not gone anywhere else and couldn't be happier with my hair. Additonally, I recommended this salon to 4 of my friends, and even they have praised this salon. I would literally reccomend this place to anyone and everyone!

Amanda was able to fix my bad haircut that I came in with and also walked me through everything she was doing. I was overall pleased with my experience. The only reason it wasn’t a five star experience is because it was on the expensive side.
