After getting my hair styled for a wedding a couple months ago, my experience was so great that I decided to come back for a haircut. I had a cut and blowout done by Heather and it was perfect! We had great conversation. She listened to what I wanted and followed through 100%! I highly recommend this salon for all your salon needs!

Heather is the absolute best and is so dang talented! From my engagement hair and makeup to regular trims and Brazilian blowouts, she just gets it! Plus she’s like the cutest human ever, 10/10 reccomend

I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Kat and I couldn't be happier with the results! She was incredibly sweet and kind, making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. I showed her a few ideas of what I wanted, and she delivered exactly what I envisioned – my hair looks amazing! I’m so in love with the end result. Highly recommend Kat for anyone looking for a talented and caring stylist. I'll definitely be back!

They charge $160 for a face frame that’s not already included in the haircut . Absolutely insane .

I loved seeing Kat here! After my 1st appointment, I am the happiest with my hair that I have ever been, and the whole experience from start to finish was stellar. The whole salon felt like a fun, uplifting place to be and I had a positive experience with everyone (other stylists took time to compliment not only my hair but my stylist as well on her amazing work!). I can't wait to go back!

Mars did my hair for my wedding and I'm so glad I chose her! I had so many trials with different hair stylists before I found her; I would show them a picture and they would do something similar but totally different in many ways. I was losing hope and then I found Mars on insta! She paid attention to the inspo pics I showed her, was very willing to listen to me about things I wanted to change after the trial, and did a great job with my very fine, slippery hair that doesn't like to stay up or hold a curl. In the end it was exactly what I wanted and it stayed well all night! I felt so beautiful :] she also cut my hair and did a balayage before the wedding and it looked so good! Heather was also sent by the studio as the second stylist to do my bridesmaid's hair; their hair looked amazing and they loved it! Communication with the bridal event coordinator was also great. I definitely recommend them for regular services as well as wedding hair!

I absolutely loved my experience at Eleven Sixteen Hair & Makeup! The salon has a really cute aesthetic and felt very welcoming. I received a customized facial from Stephanie and it was amazing. She is very knowledgeable, took her time to explain everything she was doing, and tailored the treatment for my skin. She also provided me with a skincare regimem to follow to help achieve my skin goals. I left glowing with another appointment in the books!

Not only is the vibe top tier but it was extremely relaxing. Highly recommend seeing Stephanie! She doesn't just do what you book for but she gives great insight on what you should do for your skin to maintain its health. She is amazing at what she does and very informative in her field. Goes above and beyond. I look forward to seeing her again

We absolutely loved the way that Kat took her time with the cut and color. She was proactive in always confirming that the color and style was what we wanted. Her friendliness made us feel comfortable and at ease, she was very gentle throughout the whole process. We will definitely go back to her.

Kat does my hair. She is such a professional and an absolutely amazing stylist. I never leave disappointed. My hair has grown so much being with her. If you're looking for a salon. Hands down I would recommend them.

Heather did such a great job on my hair and makeup as well as the team made my bridesmaids look beautiful! I’ve also been getting my nails done with Krista for a while now and she always blows me away with her talent! Love this salon and highly recommend for your wedding day glam needs!

I took my daughter in for her appointment yesterday with Sunshine. Her appointment was for half up half down hair styling, and glamour make up for her sweet 16 birthday party. Alexis was super impressed and loved how comfortable she felt with Sunshine, and she loved her hair and make up so much! (Should note that my daughter didn’t really know what shades and what not she wanted for her makeup, so Sunshine freestyled and did amaaaazing!)

Really really disappointed with their customer service. I was recommended this place by my wedding planner and some vendors for HMUA for me and bridesmaids. I heard so many good things. Initially they recommended Delilah. So I text her and she left me on read she didn’t even respond or anything. I waited a few days and I called the salon, they took my info and said they would call me. I waited a week and I called again and they again took my information and told me Sydney was in charge for the bridal services and again did not call me back. I was not even able to get pricing or anything because they kept telling me they would call back. My planner was so surprised and said she could contact them herself but I felt like I was begging at that point. I warned my fellow bride friends I made at the expo about their customer service. I posted my review two weeks ago and it’s still not publicly showing. Must mean the business is purposefully flagging it or hiding it which doesn’t surprise now since almost all the reviews are positive and I doubt they all are.

Love love love the outcome of my hair!! Heather is an amazing beautiful person that knows what your hair needs!!! She has kept my hair in tact for a long time now!! She managed to get my hair to health after other stylists nearly fried my hair!!! Will not ever change stylists!!!! She also made sure my youngest daughter got the haircut she wanted!!!! If you have not been to Eleven Sixteen, you MUST go!!!! Friendly and amazing Staff!!!

Marissa is an excellent hair professional who takes her time in ensuring you get exactly what you want out of your salon visit., she listened carefully before offering recommendations on how we could improve upon it until finally deciding on Asher blonde coloring which really brought life back into not only just my locks but also overall appearance! Not only did Marisa transform my hair; she also made sure I felt comfortable throughout by keeping me informed every step of the way - something I truly appreciated about this talented artist. She truly sticks to your budget before she starts. There no hidden charges which I love. I truly recommend her to any one. All of the staff is sweet and kind. The atmosphere is calm and friendly. I love how all the women there are kind ❤️

Absolutely love Kat, she made me feel really comfortable at my appointment (hadn’t gotten a haircut in a while and was nervous coming from NC). She was very helpful with helping me decide what to do with my hair and it turned out absolutely beautiful, my husband loves how she styled my hair after and i absolutely will be coming back for her!!!

I booked an appointment with Kat for my daughters first hair color experience. I was hesitant at first because I didn’t want her hair to become damaged with the highlights she desperately wanted. After speaking to Kat, her knowledge and professionalism put my mind at ease. My daughter walked out of Eleven Sixteen with a smile from ear to ear and her hair looks AMAZING! Kat did a wonderful job on her color, highlights, and cut. I highly recommend Kat and Eleven Sixteen Hair Studio!

We used Eleven Sixteen for our wedding’s bridal party. I was very happy with my hair and it stayed all day, perfectly. It was out of town, and thought the pricing was more than fair for the travel element. Recommend starting conversations to set up early as they are closed a portion of the week. If you’re local, the salon is a great setup.

Wow! As soon as I walked in I got very good vibes, super vintage place, everyone was so nice, I met Kat, asked all the right questions, very attentive, friendly, she literally transformed my hair, I truly found the one hair Stylist that goes over and beyond my expectations, love her and highly recommend her.
