I have been coming to Eleven for years now. I’ve had several different services by different people and it has always been a great experience. Scheduling, checkout… even having products delivered to me has always been seamless. I have been going to Julia for my facials and she is the sweetest soul you’ll ever meet. She never tries to sell me on anything I don’t need, she always knows exactly what my skin needs and I am never disappointed.

Love this med spa so much!! I get my IV every month there and it has really improved my well being. I do the membership, which saves me a lot of money and I even buy a lot of products there! My favorite product is Revision. Everyone should try it especially Revox!! It gets rid of my little wrinkles and even some big ones too!

They run their service industry with an uneducated approach to management. I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this spa. On October 1st, I called to RESCHEDULE my appointment that was booked for October 2nd, only to be told they would charge me even for rescheduling. How does this spa expect customers to pay a cancellation fee, then reschedule, and still want to go back for service? This is a terrible business practice, especially in Dallas where there are so many other spa options. It's unfortunate that they think they can run a service business with such unfriendly policies. I would not be returning and have found more customer friendly environment. I found a better spa on Preston Rd and they definitely allow RESCHEDULES FOC within 24hrs.

Alison and Gigi is what I call a match made in heaven for a spa. Alison has cleared my skin with her customized treatments and skincare routine. Gigi does my dysport perfectly! Semi frozen with brow moment just like I like it. Love being able to trust multiple providers at one place for different services.

Annie is an amazing esthetician! I recently got a facial with her and she took her time to learn and get to know my skin and also to educate me on what would be the best facial and products for my skin. And I can't wait to go back with her 🙏 she's very detailed and her facials are very personalized, with checkpoints to make sure I'm doing okay Such as the extractions and other steps. Annie is amazing !!!! She's very professional. One thing we love about her is, she enjoys making others happy by providing them a great facial experience. That's an A+ for my husband and me. Didnt think he would like but Annie made him feel comfortable enough to want another one. She asks questions to make sure she understands you skin type and skin needs to make sure your face feels rejuvenated when she's done. Annie is highly recommended by me and my husband.

Annie is such an amazing esthetician! She helped my skin get glowy and plumpy for my wedding. I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else to do so. She is very gentle with your skin and knows what to recommend. I also love getting dermaplane’s with her.
