First visit not a bad experience. However attempted to go, asked who typically does my hair I informed her no one because I’ve only been there one prior. I informed that I would hopefully come tomorrow and asked the price for a wash and blow dry and the owner stated “everyone has different pricing so you would need to ask them.” There should be no reason why there are 6 different pricing… Now I understand why my sister and I paid different pricing. Just a WARNING.

Al parecer no necesitan clientas nuevas con las que tienen les basta porque ninguna te quieres atender y el trato es pesimo. Ojala se pudiera dar 0 estrellas. El dinero peor botado mejor lo hubiera Perdido en la calle y a lo mejor alguien que lo necesite se lo encuentra.

Elizabeth has been doing my hair for over 20 years, never had a problem. I have full trust in her credentials, knowledge, etc.

Elizabeth is the best hair stylist have been with her since i was small. Love the way my hair looks when she does it. She is very professional and the best at her job. Will return and do recommend.

I was looking for a salon near my job cause i was going out later. I googled this place..... Rude, Rude, Rude! First of all, no one greets you when you come in they just looked at me like i was crazy. Then they dont take debit or credit, and it was hard for her to explain that to me cause i dont speak spanish, So i had to go to an atm. But..... my hair came out beautifully. It also was a little pricey

My mom have been taking me to Elizabeth hair salon since I was a child and now that I’m older I still choose this salon. They all do an amazing job. I get my wash & sets from here as well as my eyebrows waxed.

I love Elizabeth and her team. She does what needs to be done to your hair and for your hair. Her prices are reasonable. I have come to her a few rides now and every time my hair lasts and looks good.

Been going to Elizabeth since childhood with my mom, she’s the only salon I know who can straighten 4C type hair without texturizer or a flatiron. Got to reallly love that !

My mom went in wanting her hair colored and it wasn’t even done properly. They charged her $120 and she can still see all her white hair!! They did not do it the way it is supposed to be done! I am really upset about this experience given how expensive it was!

I have been going to Elizabeth since I was seven years old I’m now 29years old! I have been with her through several shops ! I love the new place! Her customer service and attention To detail is out of this world! The best in Harlem hands down! Oh did I mention her price are extremely affordable!
