Elida has been doing my hair for about 8 years and she is amazing!!! I actually moved 5 hours away and I drive back to Jacksonville just for Elida to do my hair. I won’t let anyone else do my hair, she truly is the best hairstylist there is!!! 10000% recommended!!!

Elida is the best! She has done my hair for years. I travel from out of state to get my hair and my daughter’s hair cut and styled. My sister always does her cut and color here too. We always love to visit here, the ambience and service is the best!!!

I came to this salon because a family member recommended it, I’ve been having my blonde hair for years and never my hair was broken or ruined ……I went one time and every thing was good, Elida bleached and toned my hair and even though it wasn’t perfect I liked it a lot, but this second time I went she end up ruining my hair 😫 it was horrible and my natural hair broken and the color uneven….. I have black spots in the middle of my head 🤯 I really don’t know what happen 🤦🏼‍♀️

I walked in and not a single person greeted me. They ignored me until I approached someone for help. There was a huge misunderstanding with the hour of the appt (definitely not organized) and the daughter of the owner aggressively washed my niece’s hair. When I finally spoke to the owner about the misunderstanding, she and her daughter started yelling in front of all the clients, making us very uncomfortable. Then after I left, my niece said the daughter kept bringing up the issue and complaining about it. Very negative vibes and negative environment. I would hope the owner and daughter would learn from this experience and behave more professionally towards clients next time, especially young clients like my niece.

My mom recommended me to Elida’s who she has been going to for years. I cannot recommend them enough. The salon is sophisticated, beautifully decorated and very clean. I was greeted with Cuban coffee (yum) and they even shared dessert that was gifted to them. Elida and her daughter did a wonderful job with my hair. It had been 8 months since my last hair do and I am totally pleased. Fair prices too! They have a great attitude, and are wonderful at what they do! I will definitely continue to come here for all my hair needs! Thank you!!

honestly the worst service ever. the lady who owns the salon was very sweet and greeting but the daughter that did my hair was so rude. i genuinely never had an experience like this before. 0/10. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
