Absolutely amazing first experience! I moved down to Charlotte recently and haven’t had time to get my nails done until today. My boyfriend and I were looking through Google to find somewhere that accepts walk-ins and my Boyfriend actually came across Elife Nail spa and recommended I go there. The second I walked in I knew I would love my entire experience, after checking in I barely waited more than 3 minutes before I was in a pedicure chair getting the first part of my service done! Both of the lovely gentleman who worked on me were amazingly kind and funny, couldn’t stop laughing and smiling my entire appointment! Now I would like to address my Manicure… absolutely perfect! Matched the phone I shown down to the exact line and I couldn’t be more satisfied! The cost was on the pricier side, but for the welcoming and warm atmosphere to how perfectly the work matches the reference photo I can’t even be mad at the price since the quality is definitely there! I went to have my nails done on January 3 for a wedding. This salon is super clean. Vy (pronounced Vee) was my nail technician. I have a cut on my ring finger right behind my nail causing concern for pain. Vy did an amazing job. My nails turned out really pretty and the process was pain free. I was truly impressed with the cleanliness of the entire salon - especially the restrooms. The place is large, music was great, and the wine was good. They serve water, soda, wine and margaritas. I also had a toe nail polish change.

I’ve been coming here for quite a while because I haven’t found anyone that takes such good care of my nails. They always fulfill my request for wild colors or designs and definitely get them as close or even better to my nail inspo that I bring in. Hieu is the best and does an amazing job every time!!

Great nail salon! Everyone is super nice from entering the salon to the end of the experience. Alicia was very sweet! Lyly did an amazing pedicure, really massages the feet! Hieu did exactly what I asked for with my acrylic nails. My fav nail salon.

I have always wanted to try Elite Nail Spa since it’s closer to me. I went today and my first time was horrible!! At first everything was going great until I notice my pedicure stylist kept getting up sliding towels on the side of the pedicure chair. I look down and water was everywhere coming from the bottom of the pedicure chair from water drainage. Not once did he mentioned or make me aware of anything. My UGG boots were soaked!! The guy lied and told his coworker my Uggs weren’t wet when I clearly pickup them up immediately noticing the damage. When I got to check out the only they offered me $20 off my bill or try to dry my boots after they already had been sitting from 10-15 mins and was still soaked. When we all know how expensive Uggs are. It was the worst experience ever! To walk in with shoes and walk out with soaked boots. I’m beyond disappointed because all I have heard was good things but I WONT be a returning customer.

I just moved to the area and found this hidden gem! Tommy does a fantastic job on SNS & Designs. You're always offered a beverage and they take their time! The Manager is so kind and attentive and even gave me a present for christmas. Definitely recommend him and Elife in general!

I rarely leave reviews but today I must. I thought since it was under new management it would be better and on occasions it was, however I have had a few issues but I like to give second chances. Apparently they smile in your face but don’t like when you bring them issues that arise. Me bringing them issues caused my number to be blocked instead of them telling me they don’t want to service me. I called them from my number and it goes to voicemail so I’m like ok let me try another number and it goes through…fast forward to today me giving them many chances and loving the nail tech Hung and Hieu I call to make an appt and they put me on hold and come back and tell me that they are too busy to book an appt call back later. So I have family in town that was going with me as well I tell her to call guess what she was able to make an appointment immediately. I call back to let them know what happened to only now being asked what time I want to come in. Thank you but No thank you. I tried because they have a handful of good mail techs and because the location is convenient but I will not be returning. My review is solely based on me. Others may have a better experience especially if they look the part. I wish them well but after years of second chances at this location I will be taking my $200 elsewhere!!

Elife Nail Spa has an awesome team of professionals. It has a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. They provide me with accurate finger flavor everytime! I definitely need their playlist! I decided to take a break from acrylic nails and only planned to get a manicure. Tommy convinced me to try SNS Dipping Powder, and I’m glad he did. My nails are neat, even and well groomed. It was nice talking to Tommy and he has a new client!

Very nice salon. Friendly staff. There was another customer in there with a medium sized dog sitting in one of the customer manicure seats so I’m not sure how sanitary it is.
