I came to Elissa's Dream Hair with 2 yrs growth of uncut, naturally, curly hair due to COVID. What a mess it was. She worked hard and did a great job!! Now I have my soft curls back instead of a mess. I will be going back for sure. She is across the street (facing) Starbucks on Freeport Blvd. Go see her you'll be happy you did.

Love Elissa's. I go in, am always happy with my cut, get advice and always feel super welcome. I'm a picky person when it comes to my hair and I recommend going here to anyone and everyone. She wont do a cut if she thinks it won't come out looking how you want. Very knowledgeable about hair and will let you know if your hair type won't work with a certain hair cut, instead of just doing it and customer ends up unhappy. Equivalent to a small Mom and Pop diner. Great service!

AVOID!!! I have never been brought to tears over a haircut until visiting this place. Went in on Sunday and asked for a simple trim of no more than two inches. The woman (forgive me, I didn’t catch her name but she had short hair above her shoulders) instead took about five inches or so while two other employees sat around watching and chatting with her. On top of that the cut was severely uneven and chopped looking. At one point she held my hair in a pony tail and was cutting away hair with no possible way of ensuring it’d be even! When I expressed my severe dissatisfaction, on the verge of tears, they tried arguing with me that it was no more than two inches and that it was even and demanded that I still pay. These people are rude and should NEVER be allowed to cut hair! Proof is in the pictures.

I have been coming here for many years. It’s an excellent place and she is a nice person. She is actually pretty good with haircuts which is why I always come back.

Elissa has been coloring and cutting my hair for years. I get the latest, big city styles for small town prices! Elissa is sweet and a talented stylist. The salon is small, very clean, and calming. I always feel renewed and rejuvenated when I leave.
