I will definitely be returning for my pedicures to this salon. I already have a nail tech that I go to for my hands but she is pretty far from me so, who knows maybe I’ll just switch to this salon for all my nail needs. The other service I am interested in trying out next with Queen Nails is their facial. It sounds delightful.

Very unfortunate experience. I came here with my mom and sister. There was a very good lady that took care of my mom, I don’t remember her name, but she did a great job. Unfortunately the issue was Kathy. Kathy took care of my sister and finished her nails in 15 min (mom took 45). Once we asked her why she did it to fast? She got very defensive and told us to leave her store and never come back. She was super rude and called us stupid and cheap. Unfortunately customer service is not something that Kathy believes in. Avoid Kathy at all costs.

Got my nails done by Tiffany. She has been doing my nails for a few years now amd NEVER disappoints. I come in with a request I see online and she always executes better than expected. She is fair priced and has promotions often. She is kind and her work is incredible. I drive across town just for her and her shops services!

I hate writing bad reviews buttttt Kathy Luu pissed me off. Right off the bat I informed her I cut my toes too low, so just cut my cuticles and continue the rest of my Deluxe package. First.....she knicked me with a sharp tool, I saw blood. I suggested let's leave tht foot alone. Second.....she coughed and didn't cover her mouth.....mind you she has been sniffling the whole time. I smelt her breathe and all. Like if you don't wanna be here don't take customers. Third.... I told her what I wanted and she said nooo, ugly!!.... Wait one dang on minute.....who is paying? Me or you? Fourth.... she didn't paint my toes to the end, she said it was my fault Fifth..... My matte top coat was sloppy because part of my toe was still shiny. Where do they do that @ ? I pointed out the 4th and 5th issue, of course she was irritated and tried to make it right EVEN SLOPPIER (is that a word?) and careless. Again, as a paying customer I should be able to point out things especially when you ask me. Don't be irritated that I found some issues with your work. She then said I was done, walked off and continued talking into her ear pod!!! Kathy Luu didn't even clean up the excess polish on my toes. I didn't get a foot massage, she didn't add emollient to my feet BUT it's apart of the Deluxe Package I was done in 40min and back home. I still paid my full price and tipped after all was said and NOT done. Mana is my go to girl, she is great!!!!! Please go to her !!!!!

If you are looking to fine a great nail artist look no farther... Tiffany is one of the best. She can do it all. Her renditions of artwork that I brought in have been always top notch. She is a perfectionist and when you leave from her station your nails will be a picture of perfection.

I have gone to this nail salon for the past 5 years and had even referred my Mom and niece, but they haven't returned and I am not likely to either, based upon my most recent experience. Even with an appointment, the wait was nearly 30 minutes for the pedicure. And I was charged $10 more than what the pricing shows online for an acrylic full set after waiting another 10 or 15 minutes for the owner to have a private conversation in the back of the salon with a man who had showed up in the middle of my manicure service. Everyone there is very friendly, but I do not appreciate being overcharged and this was also done to both my mother and niece so we will no longer be returning. I recommend price clarification prior to receiving any services if you do plan to go to this salon.

New Owner's! When I walked in. Great Customer Service! Very Friendly. I got a pedicure and a vary colors! Clean and very nice salon! I will be back. They have a Kids pedicure booth. Ask 4 Tiffany excellent work. Everyone very friendly

Nikki is a gem and her nail art is Top Tier! She is truly gifted in design. I can take her a picture and she "Masters" the design. She is a perfectionist and you were absolutely love ♥️♥️ her work. Services I have had done and been overly thrilled with were eyebrows services, pedicures, manicures and designs. She's a mass stretch shaping so you will be pleased. Everything will be even balanced and scaled to your individual hand or feet. I tell you don't sleep on this. VIP nails is an outstanding place Well dang! After this review I better hurry up and get my appointment before she becomes over booked 😂 💗💗💗

They have so many color selections. Tiffany can give you any design you are looking for. They include any paraffin wax with any manicure. Do yourself a favor and book here now! The customer service is amazing!

This is my favorite nail salon. Ask for Tonoy to do your nails. She does an amazing job every single time. She is so detail. She make sure the shape of your nail is exactly what you want it. She make sure you love the color you chose by showing you on one nail before she continues the rest of them. And she alway take her time to make sure the design you want it perfect.

I love that place, without a doubt Tiffany is the best in nails and Katie makes sure my eyes look spectacular with the eyelashes. In general, the entire staff is wonderful. There is a spectacular atmosphere and vibe, I highly recommend it.

This is by far my favorite place! They really take the time to get to know you and give advice and care to meet your goals. For example, I wanted my nails not only to look good but stay healthy underneath so dip is what they recommended. Da Da is my go to nail tech but you honestly can’t go wrong with Tiffany or Mana too!!!!
