TERRIBLE SERVICE. I just seen that a girl two weeks ago had the same experience as me. I’ve been coming here for my brows for years, I recently went and it was the worst experience ever. First, the lady didn’t greet me or ask what service I wanted because she was too busy on the phone while having clients on the chair. When I sat down and she started doing my eyebrows her hands gave a strong disgusting odor of onions and dirty! She tried skipping steps in the service by not trimming my hairs after threading. Also when I went to go pay she was trying to make me add my card numbers manually and was very sketchy because I said no tip for her terrible service. No longer will be coming here, the worst!!

I visited Elite Beauty Salon for the 1st (and LAST) time about two weeks ago for a lash lift and tint. My lash technician was Sony. Sony arrived more than 30 minutes late and I feel my lashes were overly processed (the process took more than an hr). I have had lash lifts in the past that did not take that long. As a result, I have noticed abnormal shedding of my lashes.

BEWARE WHEN PAYING WITH CARD. I was charged in store for $80 but when I received my card statement it was $90 from this business. I have the original receipt stating the full charge was $80. So far I can only assume they decided to take it upon themselves to take a little extra even though I tipped in cash as well. I've gotten my brows done here before and generally pay in cash however I decided to treat myself the very last minute and they were running a "special". Mind you, they speak so softly it's hard to tell if they're asking you if you want add ons. It's a rude sales tactic, but what do I care normally. The special was "today only" and they said it was $35. To which I stated "Oh, $35? Sure, why not. Let's do it." It was not NOT $35. They didn't feel inclined to correct me until the very end when I paid. All of which I would have considered a misunderstanding on my part until I got my credit card statement and they ripped me off.

Bad experience I got a few things done one of them being upper lip and the lady ripped off part of my skin. Now that I think of it no wonder she didn’t hand over the mirror so that I can see the results. At that moment I was in a rush and I thought it was just red but hours later I realized she ripped part of my skin!!

I first want to say that all the staff at this location were incredibly lovely & welcoming. I hesitated to write this review but thought it was important to differentiate what is being advertised. I went in for a super last minute eyelash extension appointment due to my regular tech being unavailable at another salon & needed the get my lashes done before heading out of town. The women who took care of me was so nice but when I saw the final product I knew these were not quality eyelash extensions but instead just cluster lashes with strong glue maybe hair glue. As someone who consistently gets eyelash extensions filled every few weeks you can absolutely tell the difference. Not to mention these clusters were also not placed in the best way. All in all I would give this place another shot for waxing or threading which I believe they are more known for but not eyelashes. For the price, I’d recommend seeing a real lash tech who specializes in this area.

I went to get my eyebrows threaded. She did an okay job, but she missed a few hairs on the sides. I asked her if she could clean it up and she ended up pulling out a couple of my upper corner Lashes on both sides! I'm hoping that it was an accident and not an intention because I very politely asked her to grab a few hairs on the sides that she had missed, or because I wouldn't purchase any of the other services she pushed. Either way disappointing to say the least.

I’m impressed with Sonni hands movements. She did for me 3 in 1 deluxe fruit facial! Very caring and attentive to one’s needs! 💯 satisfied, can’t till the next facial!!!

Call for a same day lash lift and tint and was completely satisfied. They had relaxing music playing and did a fantastic job! My lashes were fluffed and natural a great look like you have the best mascara on ever all the time without having to wear makeup.

First time there and I will definitely be back. Sam was amazing. I am very particular about my eyebrows but she was great she put me at ease immediately. I told her how I like them and she delivered just that. I will definitely be back. Sam unfortunately is no longer there but the all the ladies are great. I have had several services done with Sonny and shes been great as well.

Got my first facial! Rizwana did it for me and she made sure I was comfortable. She was very sweet and took good care of me. I highly recommend getting a facial here! I got the deep pore cleansing and my blackheads were gone!

So I called today for the first time and they were able to schedule me the same day. They were very nice and accomodating. Soni did an amazing job making me look from frumpy to a total princess. Im defientely going back and doing all my lash work and other services with elite. I definetely recommend. For a brow lamination and tint and lashes the price was very approachable for a job well done.

Sony did a wonderful job fixing my lashes. I got a set at another salon the day before and half fell out. Sony did much better work for a far lower price. I was also able to get an appointment with only a few hours notice. She saved my look for my sister’s wedding!

Terrible experience! I had a facial done and the bed broke as I laid in a state of relaxation causing me to fall back landing on my neck. I hurt my head and neck. The worker was more concerned with trying to figure out what I may have done to cause the fall than how i was doing. She added insult to injury when she handed me a $5 off card for my next facial. After i reflected on the incident, i called the spa to speak with the manager and wanted to ask for a refund and they never called me back. Very unprofessional!

Wow this place is amazing! Soni is so great and such a perfect listener! She does eyebrows with the perfect arch and I love coming here. You must come to this salon!:)))
