i would 100% reccomend elite chicago spa. Mary Lou and her family are all very friendly and comfortable assisting with your wants&needs, especially for a first time experience! the whole spa is very clean including the lip filler procedures. I will be returning! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been thinking to treat my self something really nice as I work so hard. And this is the best decision I made this New Year, My visit on this Jem is absolutely amazing, brought my confidence back. Mary is such a gentle and genuine soul. Thanks for taking care of me and ur good advice will I will definitely consider. You did a great job. Ok the service is so smooth and I made the right decisions to undergo on this Spa. Highly recommended in many ways. Location perfect, very clean and organized inside and most importantly its very relaxing and cozy! Can’t wait for my next visit!

It's been a few weeks since my last session of radiofrequency microneedling and I have to say that Josyln did a great job in walking me through every step of the procedure as she did for the first few ones. What's equally awesome is I am pleased with my results as my skin texture is smoother and the coloring looks improved. Also, I did get a facial there and it was a relaxing experience. And the office staff there have been nothing but accommodating, courteous, and professional. I will keep coming to them for as long as they are around!!!

They treat you like a friend at this spa. They are warm, welcoming and good at explaining various treatment options. Some worked well for me - especially the hand fillers.

Daniel was amazing. He truly cares about your experience and goes the extra mile to make sure he’s tailoring the experience to your comfort. I loved the head massage and hand warmers that he does while letting your mask soak in. The products left my skin glowing and healthy feeling. I’ll definitely be returning and requesting Daniel.

I have to begin by saying that if you're searching for a great spa experience at a great value, then Elite Chicago is the spa for you. Mari Lou is very welcoming, warm, professional and well experienced. Her establishment is very beautiful, clean, and serene. Mari Lou was very thorough during my skin and face consultation and educated me on the various botox/filler products and procedures, and she provided her professional opinion to reach the best cost effective results without overselling me unnecessary add-ons. She is very candid and honest. Best of all, I wasn't rushed to make a decision, nor did she rush the procedure like most places do these days. I walked out feeling and looking amazing. I highly recommend Elite Chicago Spa. You won't regret it!

It was.. Interesting. Very polite and friendly but facial was mediocre at best. Not sure if Groupon customers get an abbreviated facial or what but... Just didn't hit the mark for me. Face massage was a very awkward minute of very soft rubbing. Face was super oily after. I'm used to more focused massages, quiet (personally I don't like conversing during), and going the full hour.

I have had exceptional experience here with Joslyn and laser hair removal. She's always welcoming and professional. She also made me feel comfortable throughout each session. I have had about 4 now with Elite Chicago Spa. What really impressed me was how she tailored a personalized package for me. I highly recommend this spa for anyone considering laser hair removal. I have been to one other place when I first started getting laser hair removal and it was great, but I like this one much better because of the great prices and Joslyn is more thorough.

Absolutely fantastic experience! Mary Lou is a kind and helpful aesthetician who made the experience of getting filler for this first time extremely comfortable. If I can rate this place higher then 5 I would, went in there for lip injections with my mom and sister and she took her time on each one of us and made sure we was comfortable and consulted us the whole time. Sweetest lady and great work loveddd my results will be coming back for more

This spa is wonderful! I have had many facials at many different spas and the facials I have received here at Elite Chicago Spa, have been the best I have ever had!! My facials have been from, Joslyn and Trinity, and they both tailor the facial to the needs of your skin in a way that is truly compassionate and well thought out. My skin has been so much brighter and smoother since my visit, I am so grateful for the staff at Elite Chicago spa. I will definitely keep returning.

Went in to get lip filler and it was the best experience I’ve had in any Medical spa!! Definitely not going anywhere else after today. Mary Lou was super kind and welcoming and she did an amazing job with my lips I’ve never felt more confident about how my lips look. She took her time injecting the filler and answered all of my questions

Mary Lou did an amazing job with my lip injections! This was my first time getting anything done before and she was so comforting and understanding when it came to the procedure. She explained exactly what she was doing, what was in the injections, and exactly what my lips were going to look like after the injections. The price was also not bad at all compared to other spas I researched in the past, plus my lips look great!! I will absolutely be going back in the future!

My lash extensions by Trinity was the best experience I have ever had getting my lashes done, and I have been getting lashes done for over 5 years. I have sensitive eyes and her lashes were the first time I did not experience any pain or irritation. She knows how to work with my round eye shape. Plus she brings the luxe spa experience to her lash appointments with a heated bed, blankets, and soothing music. I couldn’t believe how luxe the experience was for such an affordable price! Needless to say she has become me my forever lash artist highly recommend! Plus her talent is unmatched (the pics speak for themselves)

Was searching for a last minute facial on a Saturday! The receptionist worked with me and got me right in! Daniel, my esthetician, was so kind, attentive, and patient. His assessment of my skin was thorough and knowledge on products was refreshing. Great neighborhood, staff, ambiance, and a wide range of services available. My glow facial was lovely and I will return!
