I made an appointment with this Salon 3 weeks before I arrived in NYC for the holidays. I had made it over the phone as I could not book several treatments online at once. I booked for an hour massage, facial and pedicure. Arrived on December 23 to find that no reservation had actually been made. Gal at front desk did my facial - not sure if she was qualifed or not - she kept leaving the room during it and at one point - was on the phone with the owner. Next was the massage - which honestly, why do a facial first if you are going to spend the next hour with your face down in a towel. This gal was great and the massage was good. She was the same person who did my pedicure which was also lovely. I found the salon very chilly and not very inviting. I did read the reviews first - so definitely disappointing. Maybe it was just an off day.

I got a deep cleansing facial from Carina as a little birthday present for myself and she gave me, hands down, best facial i have ever had. I am big on self care and have gotten many facials and I stumbled on this place through classpass and so happy I did! Carina was not only very professional with her service but so sweet! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Not only is Ariel the most amazing & pleasant woman I've come across in A LONG time, I instantly connected with her and felt like we've been friends forever, Ariel-Thank you for being such a phenomenal person. THEN I got my first facial in my life, and CARINA, was so patient, sweet and knowledgeable, we connected as well I hugged her like three times and I could cry from how happy I am with the entire experience truly you guys I am going through so much of my life and your kindness and professionalism was exactly what I didn't know I needed, I will be telling any and everybody who will listen they must go see you guys and for anybody who wants to know I got the entire package so for less than $400 you get the ultimate, unforgettable Spa experience AND a mani pedi! I couldn't ask for more I am beyond grateful for the love professionalism and phenomenal care that I was blessed with.

First time here I did the foot spa with gel pedicure by Nancy. She’s honestly amazing, she was the only one on staff and she was so accommodating to both me and the other girl who was there for a different treatment. I don’t get pedicures often and was a little self conscious of my ugly feet but she made me feel so comfortable and was so fun to talk to as well. I don’t wear comfortable shoes as often as I should and the massage she gave was absolutely healing. I also appreciated how my everything was prepared (like the soaking tub) before I even walked in. Thank you so much Nancy! I will absolutely be back. My pedicure came out amazing also but not going to post my feet cause I’m still shy. Pricing is also VERY competitive for being in midtown!

The best place in NYC to get a pedicure. It’s such a peaceful and relaxing sanctuary in NYC. Nancy also have the best foot massage and the front desk receptionist was kind and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Elite Day Spa is a hidden gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, making sure I felt pampered and relaxed throughout my entire visit. My massage was heavenly, and the facial left my skin glowing.
