I had an appointment with Tina this morning for a haircut and asked for layers. I showed a picture of the type of layers I liked and she told me how she would do it. During the appointment Tina was negative and yelled at my hair if it wasn’t “cooperating”. She was also talking poorly about other coworkers in front of me to another coworker. Everything seemed fine with my hair when done (didn’t have it styled) so by the time I got home and it had dried, it was just not at all the picture I had asked for. I wanted layers in the front like face framing and she added layers to the back of my head. I went to another stylist who fixed everything and I had called Tina back to see if I could get at least a partial refund and she had told me “what’s done is done.” and proceeded to hang up on me. never going back or recommending to anyone.

Went to see Raphel on Saturday for a haircut and dye. He did an amazing job as usual. Raphel and salons owner Ashley are so good they listen and do exactly what I ask for. Ashley did an updo for me for a wedding a few years ago and she did an amazing job also. Been going to this salon for about 7 years and I highly recommend them.

I have to say that Victoria is amazing!!!! I have been going to see Victoria for over 5 years now and she is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to choosing color and styles. My hair has never looked better and I highly recommend Victoria to one and all!!!

Rafael has been doing my hair for more than 30 years. I have tried other hairdressers in town, but no one has done my hair like Rafael! His haircuts and color ability is the best! I highly recommend Rafael and Elite Salon!

VICTORIA!!! Amazing as usual. Professional, knowledgeable, talented, friendly, thoughtful. Great person to be with for 2-1/2 hours which is how long it takes to do my hair....it’s very thick. Not everyone knows how to cut thick hair so I am comfortable trusting her! Recommended to anyone!

Every time I go there, I get a great hair cut. Tina is my hairdresser. First time I went there, I had gotten a really bad hair cut at another salon. Tina had my hair looking great, after two hair cuts!!! They're friendly & care about their work. Great place!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

Tracy and Ashley were great! Haircut and eye brow and upper lip wax at the last minute. They both were eager to accommodate me so late in their day! Highly recommend Elite Hair and Spa Naples!
