I got my hair done twice at Elite Hair Salon. I love the atomosphere and it’s a good vibe. The customer service was outstanding. I asked for a certain style for my locs and Kia did a wonderful job! I loved her vibe and she had great conversation. I’ll definitely be back .

I love this Salon and my stylist Carren. She is extremely professional, she is always on time and is very attentive when doing my natural hair. I must also say that every one of the stylists that work here do excellent work and are very professional as well. My sister goes to Kia for here sew-ins, and she raves about how good she is. The lady had an attitude and I still let her do my hair. She didn’t do my hair the way I asked and was upset at me because she messed my hair up. I left looking like a clown

Worst hair salon ever. And that new girl they have Kia something, she is beyond incompetent and has a nasty attitude. That idiot did a wig install, pretty mediocre, I totally got robbed that day. Wouldn’t recommend that salon to my worse enemy. Wasted my time and my money. I wonder where these people get their license. Ridiculous.

I called to ask about their pricing, since I've never been there before and am looking for a new hair salon. (So tired of the inconsistency of Great Clips). All I asked was "what is the price for a shampoo and cut, I have short hair." I was told it was $45.00 just for the shampoo! Seriously, $45.00 for a shampoo is insane and was told "every stylist has their own price." I told her that was ridiculous and would never pay that for a simple shampoo. I don't know how they stay in business! I know for certain that I would never go here or ever recommend them. Zero stars if I could.

My stylist, Mariann(for 10+ yrs) just recently started working there this month & I love the layout/setup of the place! It's very sophisticated & upscale(a little bit of a departure of her previous places)! I can't wait 2 go back next wk!!!
