Seriously the best spa in green bay! They have such good deals, you can always find flash sales posted on their Facebook page. Everyone is so nice, love this place!

Kim was welcoming and asked all the questions you would want. After explaining I was on a long-distance motorcycle ride, she told me she rode herself and knew exactly what treatment and areas to target. This put me at ease and allowed me to relax even more knowing I was in great hands, pun intended. I could not have asked for a better experience and will visit again if I'm ever in the GB area again.

Horribly unintuitive website with extremely outdated cancellation policy. I use the outdated website to book a couples massage. There is no option for it, about 7 options maximum and I guess the couples massage is listed under body services (because im just supposed to know that)???? There was no explanation for this anywhere on the site to book, and I figured I’d be able to call to get this sorted out the next day. I guess the cancellation policy is so rigid that they are unable to work with customers to make up with the website designed in 2008. Pathetic how far behind your scheduling and cancellation is. Getting charged for a full service that I’m cancelling hours before hand after being refused the service I was actually trying to find on a garbage, garbage website. Unbelievable.

IF YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED, GO HERE. THIS PLACE DOESNT CARE WHAT YOURE GOING THROUGH, YOU CAN CANCEL 5 HOURS BEFORE A MASSAGE AND STILL HAVE TO PAY $150!!!!! I hope this place goes out of business, but with that policy they won’t so I hope whoever came up with that rule has an awful year.

Had my first facial with Margaret. It was a GREAT experience. She is so sweet, and knowledgeable. I learned so much about my skin and how to care for it. Plus the service was very relaxing and I left with my skin feeling great.

I recently went in for a prenatal massage and not only was the front desk staff very nice but the massage therapist was nice as well. Best massage I’ve had out of the places I’ve tried. Even though it’s further away from my house it was worth it.

I had a massage with James and it was AMAZING. If you respond well to deep tissue massage, this is the therapist to get established with. I am so picky with my therapists and he has never disappointed me. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and will always remind you to breathe which I need help with!

I have the deep tissue massage done here. I had about four massages at this point. It can be uncomfortable when they're working the knots out but it's worth it. I'm so relaxed for the rest of the day. I do get frustrated sometimes when they cancel on short notices.

I scheduled a couples massage for a Saturday. Our appointment were at 8:45am. When we arrived at 8:30am they were not open yet, when waiting we looked at the opening times and it stated that they do not open until 9am. When they finally opened, we checked in a was told it will be a little bit. Our massage finally started at around 9:15am. The two people that pair with us were fine - the massage was fine but seemed to be more acupressure focused. I am a timely person and will not go back from that reason.

Love some of their services, not all. Massages are the best, tanning depends on who you get and option you choose, body sculpturing I did only once and it worked a little but you have to repeat it and it's costly.. And eyelash lift was the worst experience unfortunately. The girl was very nice but I could barely tell the difference. They offer a lot of other services so I do like the variety. Also, the atmosphere is always relaxing and comfortable. Friendly staff.

Overall it was not a great experience. The massage was not relaxing nor therapeutic. The therapist lacked experience. The facility was cold, and the equipment was outdated and malfunctioned. The facial was rushed and rough. I even left with marks around my collar bone from the provider massaging the products aggressively.

Had a deep tissue massage with Angela yesterday, it was absolutely perfect. She is a massage wizard! Afterwards I had a facial with Margaret.. 40 years of expertise and it showed. Very knowledgeable and relaxing all at the same time. I was a puddle by the time I left the spa!

This place is the perfect cure, especially for people with high stress jobs. I've had many massages, but none of them can compete with the freaking fantastic hands of Morgie. I have been going to Morgie for a long time now and she NEVER disappoints! Being a small business owner in a crazy world my stress sometimes can be almost unbearable. Morgie brings me to a completely different universe. Thank you Elite Aesthetics Wellness Spa and a huge thank you to Morgie for always reminding me how complete relaxation, stress free, and just plain goodness feels like.

Went for the first time today and it was AMAZING! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Carly explained everything about the facial in depth and did a phenomenal job. I also had an hour massage with Morgan who did an awesome job, great technique and pressure. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely be going back again!

It’s been a few years since I have been here, used to go a lot. I was disappointed after I spent nearly $400 here this afternoon. Every single room was freezing cold, I was uncomfortable. The heating beds weren’t working. I was never offered water or anything to drink. My wrap and facial was 30 minutes late, she did not apologize and somehow still ended earlier than the time allotted. I was bummed out as I felt I had just thrown $400 down the tube.
