my friend and I came here just the other day. to get our nails and toes done the lady rushed my friends nails got paint and acrylic all over her skin. She had to ask for a second coat of white for her French tips which still turned out to be terrible. She didn’t shape them correctly she didn’t put the white down correctly for the actual French tip. Most of her toes were fully white instead of her French tip. They were laughing at her constantly during her manicure. said that getting her cuticles off would be an extra five to $10 and ended up charging her $50 for it. Overcharged her for $175 plus tip for an absolutely terrible job terrible service, RUSHED service and refuses to give a refund Even though The work was not even worth $50. And when my friend asked for a different type of pink because she had to tell them over five times that she needed a different pink for the undercoat before the white French tip, and she got mad at her for asking for a darker pink and told her NO. The job done was absolutely terrible the nail tech was rude and terrible at her job, will definitely never be returning to this nail salon. If they can mess up a simple French tip I don’t trust them with even solid color.

Called and made an appointment, when I arrived they only had one person doing nails, and the nail technician had just started on a walk in. I was right on time for my appointment. I waited 40 min before finally leaving without my nails done.

The first I went I loved it and Danny did my nails and he did amazing but when I went again to get my nails done and the person I wanted was with another customer so I had to go with another lady and she was doing great with the first half but when it came down to do the chrome she kept messing up more that 5 times on each and it took over 3 hours to finish and she still charged me for the mess ups which was $75.

I came in I asked for a Acrylic French tip nails toes + Full set of Acrylic nails and she did Everything completely different and ignored completely of what I wanted She was rough with me while doing my nails on top also bad service. They don’t listen to what YOU the customer specifically wants and they just do there own thing,m. Would NOT recommend coming here 👎🏼

I just had the most AMAZING facial, done by Dory, at Elite Spa. This was my first time there and Lexi, the owner, fit me in at the last minute. Dory took her time, explained everything as she went, and was so thorough!!!! Oh, and the massage…. I can’t even explain!!!! They offer so many services at this spa, I can’t wait to go back! See y’all soon!

Stylist, if that's what you want to call her, was rude when I went in last week and gave me a TERRIBLE haircut that I paid $35 for. I used to go there about 9 yrs ago and received the best haircut, but that was from the owner. I will never go back there.

Elite Spa has been my go to for everything from mani, pedi, hair, and lashes for many years. The staff is amazing & always makes sure my service is to my satisfaction. Lily does amazing highlights and has the best banter. She is honest about what styles my hair (and personal effort factor) can handle…I’m not the spend an hour on my hair daily kind of girl. If you’re looking for a pedi, def go with Ut. She does a fantastic “clean up” and paint job. My toes look great for weeks! Lexie of Lexie Lash Bar has been doing my lashes for over 10 years. This product has def evolved over the years & Lexie & team keep up with the latest & greatest techniques. Trust me when I say she will make things right. I once had an allergic reaction to a new glue and had to remove the lashes. Lexie took care of me when I came back to put a new set on & made sure to use a glue that didn’t cause irritation.

Horrible service. They were rushing, i had 2 people working with me. 1 left to work with someone else someone took his place she didn't ask me if i wanted to cut mine short or trim it. She just cut it and it wasn't what i wanted. They didn't even give me a pedicure like i asked. They just painted and thats all. And were just being rough. VERY horrible service. NEVER coming here AGAIN! HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND COMING HERE.

Let me start by saying everyone there was so friendly. A powder dip fill that took 1 hour and 45 minutes and it looks awful. Also had a pedicure. My feet look great but the pedicure was painful! Technician was rough.
