I get pedicures here, although all grooming services are available. I'm no longer easily able to do my toenails plus have some medical issues with my feet, so they're cared for about every 6 weeks.

Very disappointed with a certain stylist who basically told me to find someone else to cut my hair...I've been coming to this woman for years and alot of times had to wait past my appt time, or get bumped aside for an appt which paid more money like a color etc....the last time I scheduled , she got upset with me because of a misunderstanding of my appt time and told me to find someone else to cut my hair....I even tried to text and ask if she still wanted to fit me in, and I never got a reply...very unprofessional and obviously the appts that pay more are more of a priority....I had good service but still tolerated late appts and being put aside....I won't be back now

My friend's mom works here and I will never stop going to her. An old employee at bombshell messed up my bangs and Jennifer Baker fixed them. Shes always super welcoming and does a super good job on hair cuts.

I had called the day of to see if they could fit me in for a hair color and they could do I was very grateful for that and then I had asked for brown hair with blonde highlights and had gotten the absolute worst looking hair I’ve ever gotten. This was my first time trying elite studios for hair I go for lashes and love it but I won’t be going back I payed 85 for this and went home crying and boxed dyed it to fix it it was nothing like I asked for and it was orange and the strands were thick. The stylist Was so sweet but just not what I had asked for

Call Luxe 21 at Elite Suites for the best service you’ve ever had. Grace is hands dow the best stylist I’ve ever had. She is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. If you’re wanting something that isn’t possible, she will tell you the truth. Some stylists will tell you what you want to hear just to get your business, but not Grace. That’s an admirable quality and a lot more stylists need to follow suit. She does my color, lashes, and extensions. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair or lashes. She is a master at all services!

I saw Kim for permanent eyebrow services ($180). At the first appointment, she stated the service would last two years. It barely lasted a year. Knowing that things vary person to person I went for a retouch (for which I paid an additional $120). I was displeased with the shape of the retouch and reached out to her. I never heard back. I texted her and she stated it would be $100 to correct. Unfortunately, I will not be back. Communication is inconsistent and the quality of the service was lacking.
