DON’T GO TO THIS SALON!!!! I went to Taylor Rae for a number of years. I’ve been getting extensions and highlights from her. She’s been cutting my time short. She wouldn’t even blow dry my hair at the last appointment. I paid so much money every 4 weeks. She fried my hair. It’s so many colors. She said she would return my money but never did. Don’t come to this salon. Especially don’t use Taylor. I’m getting my hair done for half the price with a stylist who actually appreciates my time and money. Please look somewhere else for hair needs. Taylor took my money and told me she would return so much of it for how badly she messed up at my last appointment but she said was rude to me and still has yet to refund my money.. DON’T GO TO THOS SALON!!!

Courtney Kestner is amazing! She does an amazing job at making me feel comfortable when getting waxed! She’s so sweet and very understanding if I need to reschedule an appointment! I would definitely recommend anyone to her!

I absolutely love the idea of this place. The rent is reasonable, which helps new salon owners rent space in a way that they can afford to grow their business. Absolutely fabulous owner, who genuinely cares about each of her renters and helps them with referrals.!

I went here for a massage, was a great experience. Experienced and makes sure to try to take care of any issues you may have. Just all-around friendly and easy to talk to.

Kim Seals is truly an artist with permanent eyeliner. I've known a lot of people that she has worked on and I've never heard anything but praise for her work.

We have gone to Heather Biggs at Tre Salon since moving to the Knoxville TN area - both at her own salon and since she moved to Elite Suites. My husband & I love her. Her haircuts are consistent and she always listens to what we want! Reasonable prices too!

Went to Vibrant Salon inside of Elite Suites and Camile is absolutely amazing. Went from long stringy hair to short full thick looking hair. It's absolutely beautiful. If you go here I would definitely recommend using Camile. She's amazing at what she does.

Heather does an amazing job with my hair. She is an artist, painting and blending color in beautiful ways. She also points me toward the best products when my hair needs specific attention to treat frizz, dryness, etc. I recommend her.

I like the set-up at Elite Suites. The waiting area decor is nice and the seating is spaced so everyone is socially distanced. They allow you to go back to the suite once the business owner confirms they're ready for you. Masks are required. I feel very comfortable getting my hair done here.

My son and I both use Olive Hair Salon in Elite Studios because Brooke excels at what she does, the salon is clean, and they are easy to deal with.
