I love Elizabeth and she’s the sweetest person I’ve ever met. Her kids are so nice too. She is very professional and she is the primary hair braider for my kids and I . She is the only person that braids my hair in Texas because she is going to do it right everytime. She’s the only person I trust with braiding my hair. She can do any braiding style and she’s very neat.

Very disappointed. Instead of saying she didn’t know how to interlock hair she continued to make excuses after putting knots in my hair. Then didn’t take responsibility and kept charging me. Horrible experience after being patient and waiting much longer while she took care of personal issues. And she talked about other customers. Now I understand her continual issues with people. It’s her.

I’m not sure what happened, but something changed in the atmosphere, the customer service, and the payment process. I enjoyed walking down a few doors to get my hair braided. In the past my experience was good, but last night that changed. The attitude had changed, and I had never before been asked to pay before my hair was finished. I wasn’t offered any of the affordable options, only the most expensive. I have always paid for my service, wether I was satisfied or not. Elizabeth, loss me as a customer last night.

BEST BRAIDER EVER!!! She doesn't braid tight, but tight enough to make sure the hair stays in. She provides the hair, and she is SOOOOO NICE and understanding of what you want and need!! Worth every penny! I got Fulani Braids and they are so cute! Thanks Elizabeth!!

Loved it! My appointment began immediately and I didn’t have to wait. The ladies were courteous and worked quickly, I was done in less than two hours. It was also worth the extra ten to have my hair washed because I was so relaxed. I will definitely be returning. * Update- I made two more appointments with her after this. The first one she was still doing another client so I left and came back an hour and a half later and she still wasn’t done. The next time she made plans to do something else and asked me to come back later. I left and found a new braider instead. She does beautiful work but my time wasn’t respected.

MY BRAIDS FELL OUT!! April 3rd 2021... I went in to receive box braids. I wanted my hair braided for my beach trip on April 8th 2021. I had purchase hair of my own. The braids looked amazing she charge me 200 dollars for the service. On April 5th two of my braids fell out. I went back on the 6th she put them back in... While on my trip I started notice other braids being loose and starting to come undone. I reach out to hear on April 11, 2021 and ask for a redo... She said the hair I purchase wasn't solid hair to stay in.. None of this was mention when she took my 200 dollars from me. She said she could redo my hair, but she would charge me half and I needed to purchase different hair or get smaller braids ...As a professional, I believe she she redo it free of cost. I paid her 200 dollar not even two weeks ago and she expects me to shell another 100 plus what it cost for the hair. I ask people in the profession and they say the same thing.

This was a wonderful experience. She doesn't braid really tight so your hair doesn't look like its being pulled out of your scalp. She took exactly the amount of time she said it would take. The care she took with doing my braids was fantastic. I will tell everyone if you want braids go only to Elizabeth Hair Braiding. I look like a different Woman. Love it.💯❤💯❤❤🌹

Watch her! She braids a little better than the rest of the African braiders I've tried however she tends to LIE about styles she can or can do do. She tends to see a pic and say "yes, I can do". However the style NEVER looks like the pics I show her. In this case, she did 2 rows in the back as I ask and then started doing a completely different style (knotless was requested and show, she took upon herself to start doing box braids, I have the pics to confirm). Killing part is, she charging $250 minimum for this mediocre work. Just be sure to keep an eye on her work as she braids your hair moral of the story. For me, I'm done pulling up at her apartment playing with my hard earned money.

Elizabeth Hair Braiding is a great place for your braiding or locs! I absolutely love my locs that she started in July. I called made appointment same day. Liz was punctual. Since my hair was short, it took a little more time than usual, but I was pleased with the results. During my time she and her daughter were listening to a preacher, I did not understand all of it, but my spirit did, and I prayed with them before leaving. It was a very good experience. I will go to her again!

Very nice lady and I appreciate the fact that I was able to get a same day appointment however, my braids look really bad. I asked for senagalese twists and they are all different shapes and sizes. I can barely get my hair in to a ponytail. Unfortunately I will be taking my braids out today and I just had them done 4 days ago. Complete waste of $200!

This is my 2nd time going to Elizabeth she stays very punctual and has fair prices. She takes her time and makes sure she does it right. She does a great job! Her and her daughter's were listening to christian music which I reallly enjoyed. Her daughters are super helpful and so sweet. I'll be going back soon. She's great.
