Well I just called to make an appt with Liz because I was referred to her a lady with an accent answered.i told her i needed an appt about 4:30 she said they close at5 so to b there exactly 4:30 but their page says they close at 8 i asked how about Saturday and she paused before answering and she said that’s fine but be here early she didn’t sound to pleased with my questions so now not sure if i want to go and have her be the one to cut my grandsons hair

Had a haircut and style by Angelica. Beautiful setting and comfortable environment. It was so relaxing while having my hair washed and rinsed. Great service and price. Will be coming back again!

I have always gone here since 2016 and Elizabeth has been amazing and I saw Rosie last time and she made sure everything was done correctly and took her time , definitely recommend coming here !! I loved how my hair turned out and how nice they are ☺️ also my hair was dark brown and had box color and they gave me exactly what I wanted

Booked an appointment with Elizabeth when I got there she wasn't feeling like working so they sat me down with another worker the other worker didn't exactly know how to do the bob haircut and she messed it up and then ask Elizabeth to fix it for me and ended up with a very short lengths to fix it and when she was fixing it she did it like with an ugly face and make me feel very unwanted and uncomfortable and it wasn't the first time that I was booked with Elizabeth and ended up in somebody else's and the funniest thing is that if somebody else walks in that Elizabeth personally knows she gets them right away with such a happy face, sad but true 😥

I did not know where to go for a hair cut here in San Antonio. So I did my research ( because I don’t trust to many people with my hair ) I found Elizabeth Hair and it had very good reviews so I called , it so happened that they could get me right in. Rose did my hair . To say I was very pleased would be an understatement. She did an awesome job. 😊 I found my new hair dresser plus I would recommend any one to give them a chance.

I went to this place on and it was a mess i got a haircut and hair color the lady told me dark brown but it's more like black and worst part was i got black on my ears and on my forehead it looks nasty and on top of that my t shirt had a big stain of hair dye for the 200 i paid it's not worth it very unsatisfied worst place i been 😡😡

Lady was nice but haircuts were extremely overpriced. Paid $67 for 2 haircuts. No shampoo or style, not even a blow dry just a simple cut.

I went in and was excited to get my haircut in layers because it had been a long time since I had. The girl cutting my hair at first was doing good but then she and her friend started talking and talking and she wasn't paying attention at all to my hair cut because when I got home I noticed that she cut my frame uneven and two pieces on the back of my head were literally chopped off it looked so ugly the hairs were sticking out and I was so upset I wanted to cry I will never go back there.

I’ve been doing hi lights/bleach for about 10 years now and have always had an orange tone in my hair I hated it going salon to salon 😩 I finally went to this location for the first time and I was so happy leaving there ! Liz and Rosie are very dedicated to their job and hair/clients! I’m so happy Liz worked on my hair it was A MESS and when she said she was gona take out every orange strand in my hair SHE DID THAT ! I’ll post my pics before and after now y’all can see that her hard work speaks for itself 😘 thank you Liz I will be a returning client of yours …you get what you pay for !

One of the employees did not know how to wax my daughters eyebrows. Had the wax getting almost into her eyes.. took over 20 minutes then tried plucking eyebrows, I was like what the hell. The owner was rude and unprofessional altogether, I see why it's not busy.. also owner was telling her how to do minor things, that you'd think she would know as a licensed professional. A waste of time, unfortunately.. these women talk and talk and forget about satisfying the customer

Tried a few days in advance to schedule appointment & on the actual day of it she kept extending it from 10:30 to 12 to 1 to 1:30 until my daughter got tired of waiting and we took out business elsewhere. For future references if you are unable to do it, just say that.

This was my first time. I went in with dark brown hair and gold-ish highlights that I did myself. No matter how hard I've tried in the past, my highlights always come out copper, orange or gold. Those warm colors don't flatter my skin tone at all. Elizabeth had to perform color correction and add highlights and color at the same time to deliver the cool results I've been searching for. It took hours but I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome. Thank you so much, Elizabeth. You're a miracle worker!
